Rackham Pulsifer |

Sorry, I've been gone for the past couple of days.
Rackham lowers his hands at the mention of parlay. Though he rankles at the thought of compromising with these brigands, he's no fool, and in his weakened physical and mental state, as well as the fact that the only tactic left in his arsenal would destroy the ship, he realizes that there are no other options. Still, the look in his eyes would be enough to kill a small dog.

I int gonna let ya murder anymore people. We take 'em on in a fair fight or we work togevver."
"Ya looky here Sydly, these bastards murdered my mates and killed some of the finest lasses of Magnimar, Your gonna stop me from murdering them I's don't think so, fair fighting my ass! I'll cut out your heart if ya gits in the way of my revenge! So go cast a line and fish whatever ya gotta do, I got knife work to do and souls to send to the nine'o hells!"

Rackham mutters sidelong to the elf.
"I am just as unhappy about this as you are, but you must learn patience. Justice will be brought to those deserving."

Syd |

"You're crazy, elf." Syd says in a steely manner, "Killin' 'em ain't gonna bring yer mates back, and is just gonna leave yer empty and dead inside. I seen it, mate. Don't fretten me, I don't want to 'urt no-one."
He looks at the whole group, "You reckon all of us can steer this tub the way we are, the old feller, the gnome? You reckon? You're as crazy as them if you fink blood's gonna do anymore than get more blood."

First I clean up my murders(Is there a mop bucket). Is there a port hole? we can dump the bodies into the sea? Can I wash up down here fresh water barrels etc ?
Look for the following equipment
Clothing, boots(good quality if possile)
rope
tools of anykind
They don't have hooked poles for like pullin stuff out the water.
Nets
oil
grappling hooks
oars
spyglass
Torches
raw timber for ship repair

Pharasma |

Clothing (both clean and blood soaked)
Oil
Coal
Hooked poles
Timber and wood
Rope
A few grappling hooks
Block and tackle
Nets
Tools
Cooking implements in the galley
Food
Spices
Wine
Ore
Bolts of beautiful cloth
and other such...
There is a porthole in the Galley but I wouldn't suggest opening it right now.
If you stack the bodies in the brig the blood will dry in places and be rinsed clean in others, where some water is leaking through down into the bilge.

Pharasma |

There are two openings. The ladder hatch (yellow square) and the cargo hatch (red square on the map).
You can make clubs.
You can barricade both openings formidably with the tools and timber.
I reckon you can build a device which pops the hatches out using the timber, tools, rope, block and tackle.
You also found some rum with which you can make torches. Or you can drink it.

Bohdan |

After petitioning Ryor to remove the last shackle, Bohdan picks up some of the wood as a makeshift club, borrowing a cutlass to chip one of the ends slightly smaller to better get a grip on it. no nasty non-proficiency penalty
"My first priority is to see these people safely ashore, although they might be many miles from home," the large half-orc indicates the other prisoners.
"I know nothing about ships, so I'll trust any decission regarding such matters to those who do."
Geez, one day off to help out some friends and I'm 50 messages behind - this has got to set the record for the fastest paced PbP here on the boards! ;-)

Captain Gravid Book |

The ladder hatch opens and Book slides down the ladder. He stands there grinning at you all for a moment, balancing himself on the rocking deck with almost no effort.
He looks at Syd: "Parlay, ye say. And I reckons this would be your idea, beautiful."
Looks around. "Thanks for cleanin' up fellas, that's right hospitable of ye."
He smiles and holds his arm out like a parent welcoming a child home. He seems oblivious to the fact that you are all armed to the teeth, now, and probably aching to kill him.
"Now who's gonna open these here negotiatins'"

Captain Gravid Book |

"Ye've gotten a little out of hand, fella's. I'd like to say I'd offer ye work, but I fear one o' ye will stick me good, nay I knows it. Now I don't need ye to run the ship but my lads are all too busy to lay into ye at the moment, as ye all knows well."
Long pause. Water drips off his beautifully embroidered wool coat.
"But let me warn ye well, as one man who's shed blood to another, that those boys upstairs can handle ye fellers during an afternoon nap. Thinkin' was that we let Zahn scourge this hold with fire, but then we'd lose a lot of our pretty cargo, and I hates settin' the hold afire."
Brushes his lapel.
"So we've shown ye some quarter in hopes of riddin' ourselves of ye. Do ye think ye'll consider just hopping overboard?"
Smiles. He's missing a few teeth.
