Aurus, would you mind fleshing out your Sparklings a little more? Things like appearance, general attitudes, how they organize in groups or societies?
This goes for everyone who creates new races, because we'll need to know quite a bit about them later on when we play. Also, for creating races, the Sparklings are at the limit of power I'd like to see. I'll allow races that are of roughly CR 3 or built with up to 20 Race Points.

it's assumed that the entire land is barren, but has no particular characteristics, like being a tundra.
Yes, that's what I meant. I figured "tundra" would be a good enough approximation for a barren landscape without particular characteristics. In any case, you placed my sinkholes in the right spot where I intended them to be.

Hope it's good. Keep in mind this will change as the world does. Can't really give you much in how they interact with others when currently they are alone. Will update them when I can. ;)
Sparklings
Physical Description: Sparklings are small, the tallest among them making it a little over 4 feet while the shortest never fall below 2 and a half feet. Their physique is graceful, slender, and topped with long pointed ears. Their eyes seeming pupil less and almond shaped, coming in endless colors. Their bodies are often reflections of their surrounds concerning coloration. Save for traits considered a mark of favor from Aurus, metallic silver hair, brown eyes, and black skin.
Society: Sparklings feel a bond with nature and live in harmony with it for the most part. They tend to use their natural abilities effectively and use any advantage they can to make their efforts more productive. Keeping a balance between what they need, use, and save without letting anything go to waste. They are careful not to abuse natural resources, knowing it could spell their doom or added difficulty to surviving.
Feats of agility, by their standards, earn status among their own. After all the most agile is often the best of them. Still theirs is a structure of merit, skill and expertise trump all. As such all else is secondary, a beauty with little skill has no suitors while a skillful hag can expect constant proposals.
General Attitude: Sparklings have much in common with their creator. Playing tricks on each other or even local wild life, just to see their reaction. Much of it is harmless fun and taken as such by their own kind. They also have a knack for dares, keeping a personal record of victories and losses when accepted. Those with the greatest number are often given special status among their own for their bravery. But one of the most defining characteristics of a Sparkling is it's love of freedom, they seem to draw vigor from it. It is even said that should a Sparkling be denied it's freedom by force or any other means it will weaken and in time even die regardless of conditions.

Aurus, The First Thief |

For the record, Sparklings do have an afterlife if they die. They are not outsiders which have their souls fused directly with their body. Aurus gets them when they bite it, but yeah they do not die of old age. Also a Sparkling would never deny another of it's kind freedom, not as a trick or dare or anything. They are well aware it's tantamount to a death sentence for their kind, a slow painful one at that. Truth be told, death may not be the true end for a Sparkling subjected to that. But no point on dwelling on that until it happens. >;)
P.S. Temeron if Aurus was not a buddy he may have just given you your line. Nearly got me with that one. xP

Please stop making assumptions about the sparklings. Me and the DM have the stats and that's just a rough at that. Send me a PM or ask me here if your going to involve them in some random event not based on a power from points. I have no problem helping out. A rockslide would not be a cause of death for a sparkling, not for the least of reasons being their are no mountains on the island. They stick to the coast for fishing and avoid the valley swamp because it's nasty, dangerous, and offers nothing they need/want.
Call me a stickler for details, at least concerning my guys so to speak. I can't say anything about anyone else's if or when they create theirs.

Ok I think we need to stop here and make some things clear, or this game is not going to work fast. Aurus. This is meant to be fun. None of us need to be in TOTAL control of every aspect of our creations, in fact in the rules there is NO GM, just players. So we all count.
PMs:
Then PMs, If you asking for a PM every time we interact with your then this game will stop being fun real fast. I never said a word when you took my gods hair and book, I demand no PMs That's because I am happy respect another player and what they said their god dos. You said your god sneaks into hell when he feels like it totally undetectable. I even PUT that in my gods Back story, why? because I was being accommodating. No PM was needed
Control:
I am not saying you are but you are coming over as a little but of a control freak. Your saying none of us will ever know anything about your GOD and that he can do as he likes with out others having power to stop him. Your asking that you have complete control over what others do to you creations. Now your telling another God they can't be what they are.
You must see how this is coming over. "Do as I say don't do as I do"
Death:
I clearly asked if you creation died, had souls and where they went after death. At some point one will die. Your god is not the god of fate or time so, the when is irreverent, one will, death number one. The how, well I have fixed that has per your request.
Things not in the book:
I want to make clear, yes there is thing about buying death in the books but there is also nothing about buying theft as well. Some things are and need not be ruled up. There is nothing in the rules about bying death into the game just as there is NOTHING in the rules about have theft enter the game. That would kill the fun.
Remember there is NO "winning" in this game, its in the rules and made clear, this game is about having fun as a GROUP making. If you going to play it like a chess game then your going to kill it.
:)

The God of Death "Na-Rizzer" |

Well that still sounds like you trying to keep TOTAL control of your creations as if your playing for a win in this game.
But cool, their soul/spark of life becomes part of you again. For Death then is a transportation problem until they get to you.
But knowing now how much you like total control, I think I can expect you to try and talk her role away some how, seems to be what your after as a win.
How ever, in game then no change, Na-Rizzer still picks up the dead at point of death and drops them off not in this case at an afterlife but directly to you, as shown in game.
So all sorted then.

Guys, I understand and am completely fine with character conflict, but please try to keep out of game conversations respectful. If there's a problem, I try to let you work it out amongst yourselves, because that generally finds a better solution, but remember that we are just playing a game, and that the point is for everyone to have fun.

Agreed 100%
So made an aviator of death, so it can be in the world, also changed her to be a little less evil and more like her sister, part of the way life works.

A little overview of Nidus, let me know if you need or want more on something and I will try to think it up. ;)
The first city of the sparklings, Nidus the Green Light. Is found in the southern forest of Fulgur not only on the ground but among the tree's. For the city did not forcefully create itself among nature but rather incorporated itself into the surrounding environment. A gathering point for sparklings it is their center of trade and resources. It's unique design make any who enter think in three dimensional terms as everything can be found on the ground and among her branches. Some locations only reachable by moving about both. This is done by clever use of ropes, platforms, and various ladders. Giving ease of transportation and movement to the nimble sparklings, proving difficult if not dangerous for those lacking their natural abilities and build. Making it a maze and perfect defense for the odd wild animal.
