I meant to post last night but got busy. I just wanted to see if I could hit him in the smoke I can't remember how that works, the plan was to move forward.

Smoke Bombs work as Fog Cloud, I believe, which means anything in an adjacent square (aka 5 feet away) has 20% concealment. Anything further from that has total concealment: 50% miss chance and you can't identify which square it's in with sight.

Yah I assumed that Ebon did say we should run them down so they can't hide from us/hold cover.

did someone adjust a couple tokens on the map? I think mine got moved a bit further down than I was able to move that turn (not that I don't want to be moving that way...), but Sterne is now where my 'max' movement should be/was.

I have moved Green onto the map for cars 9 and 8. He hasn't moved but there is an overlap between the two maps where the cars meet of course.
So going from left to right, end of the train toward the front of the train, it is Spore > Sterne > Guard

Sterne had said something about taking a step back, so I think there might be a space between him and the guard, but otherwise (or not, either way), that seems good to me.

Spore I miss read that, I though you went invisible after you ran. It is a lot less freaky and I do fell sorry for this guard and the hurt your about to bring to him.

And it’s not entirely true, maybe 70% true.
I was just checking we had an escape route, it was a tactical door opening.
Sorry guys, I'm in a real rush here. Did we agree that Natural Armor bonuses were cut from the game? Or did we agree they just get added to KAC? Or something else?
I appreciate I should have a handle on this but it's a lot to keep track of :/

I thought I had worked this out and now I can't remember how I worked it out...
AC 21, touch 20, flat-footed 16 (+1 deflection, +2 Dex, +3 dodge, +1 enhancement, +1 monk, +1 natural, +2 Wis)
Is my armor breakdown in Pathfinder.
KAC = 21 and EAC = 20 But that doesnt seem right?
Calculate your EAC and KAC using the following formula: 10 + your armor’s EAC or KAC armor bonus (whichever is appropriate) + your Dexterity modifier.
I make it that your KAC is 21 and your EAC is 10 + 2 + 3 +1 + 2 (19)
Natural armour bonuses will apply to KAC only.
I'll make a note of this in the campaign info tab

An 'annoying' (to say the least) incident last week with my contact lenses ended up scratching both corneas pretty badly, and I couldn't open either eye for about ~4 days. Friendly reminder as you loot the healing packs that Spore doesn't generally need his share, so someone else can have/use/hold them. If I do get into a really really really bad situation when I need more healing than I can Fast Heal, I have a few Instant Fertilizers, and/or sometime can toss me a medpak then, but in general it's probably better for someone else to have them.

We are in the aftermath of Civil War. Cap and Iron Man both not seen for a while, Cap's allies all on the run and so on.
The events of Infinity War have not and do not have a place in this game :)

RE: not implementing Infinity War: good call. If something fun happens in Part Two next year, you could pretty easily compress the timeline to involve it, but without knowing how they'll resolve the cliffhangers, we'd risk moving in a TOTALLY wrong direction.
Meanwhile:
Are we still counting rounds since we've been in the train? My minute/level buff is probably ~halfway done I'd guess, maybe 20/50 rounds remaining?
