I'll have more to write up after work today, but for now I just wanted to say thanks!

Oh, also, I do have a bunch of points to still spend and am *very* open to any advice on it. I was thinking Iron Will or Precocious from the V20 book really fit the type of character I'm looking to make. In that he's got a lot of underlying potential but at the moment there's nothing on the surface that's all that special. (Not awful, just not special.)

Some people seem to have missed that the prince has given you one nights notice. It is the next night that you are summoned for.

So, for finishing touches, I was thinking Iron Will and Early Riser. Oh, I'll also fix up my character to be prettier and have all the useful information on there.

Fixed up the character sheet to look prettier. Also added a short description of Simon's retainer.

Question: How do you want to handle languages? That is, how detailed do you want to get. As a linguist I'm very interested in languages, dialects, etc. But, I often feel like that sort of nitty-gritty gets tedious in RPGs. For Simon's Multilingual merit I was thinking of: "German", Latin, and "Spanish". I put German and Spanish in quotes mainly because they aren't *quite* languages at the time but I wasn't sure if we wanted to go into more detail like Middle Saxon or Castilian (or even more detail than that.)

Also, my thought:
On using Old English, Spanish, and others - I think it's easier to just use their modern versions.
On adding phrases in foreign languages - I think using either [language name] tag when not speaking in Spanish, or use google translate for the atmosphere, adding original phrase in spoiler at the end.

Update should be later today, i had to fly 3500 kilometers each way to go to a friend's wedding over the weekend. I thought I would have time between various events to update at some point but obviously that didn't happen.

Marcos not knowing and Simon pushing the thought aside. But, I can leave Marcos' personality to you if you'd prefer that. The intent was just to show how comfortable the two are with each other and how they can have conversations without speaking too much.

Starting this saturday after a brief stay at my family, I will be accompanying my aging father on a road trip of over 1300 miles to retrieve two dogs and 'some' furniture.

During this i will not likely have internet, so we're looking at 8 to 9 days when I will be unable to post.

This especially sucks for this campaign because I know my Lasombra appears to have witnessed the crime the prince would know of.
