Warren Kingeagle |

Warren looks like a well tanned California surfer with a homely face. He dresses in woodland garb and has a large, thick glove on his left hand for handling eagles. He probably has a mullet haircut (never had one, probably need to roleplay one.)

Thad Tanner |

Don't let the avatar fool you, Thad actually has shoulder length blonde hair and looks more like a young blonde Paul Newman or Neal McDonough (Reference photos: 1, 2, 3, 4). I picked the avatar because I thought it carried the same overall impression even though the specific features were different.
I'm fairly lousy at describing faces, but I'll take a shot at it...
Thad has a quick smile and a broad, open face with a square jaw and the long ears and large green eyes common to Golarion's elves. Depending on how charitable the viewer is, his features might be described as anywhere from "sprightly" to "shifty". He spends a lot of time in the saddle and favors functional, vaguely cowboy-ish garb- neckerchief, woolen clothes, chaps, boots, and the like. When danger threatens he'd add leather armor (mainly a breastplate, gorget and bracers).

Back home and awake after missing much sleep on planes. Tareth and locals to this game there is a link my alias to an editable by anyone timeline/diary of what we have done. Tareth, the only issue to bringthe games together is Happs and bandits being reformed? (Andrei is happy to find more bandits to corrupt to good) Do you want us to have killed them or them to be taken away for trial or something else? Or thinking about if the location is a problem maybe we could move that battle to Bokken's house and they have still been captured and started to be reformed.

Thad Tanner |

he knelt near them and removed their weapons before cutting their throats.
I know we sort of glossed over the planning huddle for the ambush, but Thad would have been strongly in favor of a plan to capture the bandits alive and give them a chance to tell their story before meting out justice...

Here are the PCs lined up in a row. From left to right: Andrei, Thad, Anwel, Gorax, Stellan, Udoeak, Warren, Imon, Tuney, Vinur, Monty
Explanations for design choices - and for deviations from your descriptions - for the Tarethites:
@ Thad: purple and brown are associated with Erastil for me, mostly thanks to a certain portrait in Stolen Land. So paladins and clerics of Erastil will have accents of either color, or both, in their design. Your armor, being studded leather, is mostly brown, so the neckerchief and belt get to be purple. Thad's supposed to be blonde, but another guideline I like to follow is that elves don't get "normal" hair colors (gnomes' are even less so, but that hasn't come up in this party). So Thad gets an odd hair color that's still pretty close to blonde.
@ Warren: Erastil gets his telltale colors, and so does Gozreh. His are green and blue. To be honest, I'm not fond of Warren's design below the waist. He seems top-heavy. Maybe that's down to the mullet, but I don't think so. Warren needs something around his legs or on his feet. The armor makes robes look silly, but I don't like putting boots on full casters unless, like in Stellan's case, I'm directed to. Tuney's a bald eagle and Monty's a golden eagle, since it seemed more important to me to make the eagles visually distinct from one another as opposed to species you'd plausibly find in the area.
@ Imon: vert, argent, and azure are Taldor's heraldric colors, and so probably appear in Restov's heraldry somewhere. Given that Imon is both a Brevic nationalist and a direct employee of Restov the municipality, I felt that carrying that color scheme over somehow would be appropriate.

I like it! I tend to forget how Pathfinder's elves are a bit different than the more Tolkien inspired ones, and I saw this little gem in the PRD:
Elves who dwell in a region for long find themselves physically adapting to match their surroundings, most noticeably taking on coloration reflecting the local environment.
...Thad's been spent quite a few years out in the wilderness so green hair makes perfect sense.

Regarding the different timelines, here's the solution I'd like to propose, it may not be perfect, but hopefully it'll make things match up a bit better overall.
We'll work off of my original timeline, thus the settlers will have left Rostov on the 25th. Those from Kudos' campaign will bump their calendar back by 10 days, or the 15th of Calistril. [Maybe you all looked at an an old 4708 calendar :)]
That gives plenty of time for those from the other campaign to have initially defeated Happs and the small band of bandits and then set off exploring for a couple of weeks before seeing the signal and returning to Oleg's. Basically the missing days are spent encountering nothing, but spending time to fully map out the area. The previous role play by the Kudos essentially covers the 'incidents of interest' during that time frame.
This better covers the changes taking place at Oleg's and gives Happs the opportunity to escape and be part of the later ambush against the settlers.
Everyone arrives back at Oleg's and the timelines sync on Pharast 6th.
Any objections to this strategy around the dates?
Sorry for the delay in getting this posted. I was going to try and get to it sooner but I've been swamped at both work and home the last couple of days.

Stellan Volkov |

I'm going to get a complex, every time I join a campaign, the GM's RL goes to the dogs. :(
As a latecomer to Kudo's, it does not really matter what day I arrived. For roleplay though, I shouldn't have seen the number of settlers there are now, so I guess he just didn't see them that day; maybe they were looking for good land and then ran back because it was too dangerous?
GM-Tarenth, Imon rolled a good roll on K:local for Sword-Lord Tercio do you want be to give him some info or do you want to do it yourself?
Will be busy tomorrow, may not be able to post until late.

Updated timeline to reflect allignment Link here or in my profile. Anyone can update it. Once I've chated to the new comers I'll try inserting their history into it (or one of them can).

I'm not sure what we're doing about the first wave of charter bearers who became inactive. Tityanna figured out a lot about the charms' origin and function, and I don't think it's a stretch that she would have shared it with us 'off screen'. Stephanus made detailed sketches of the charms and I think he also kept the one we took off the worg. He is the one who probably would have examined the new charters to satisfy himself that they were legitimate.
Here's the plan for the former players who left after arriving at Oleg's:
Tityanna: Becomes an NPC. She returned from the latest journery into the forest and is at the Oleg's with Donal. Still wrestling with becoming deaf, she will forgo further adventures for now. But she can provide what she knows about the charms, although, I think she did share most everything already. She will also act as an additional healer and because of her Oracle powers may provide various bit of information or adventure leads.
Stephanus: Becomes an NPC. He is currently away from Oleg's with Alaina, but could provide clear descriptions and drawings of creatures encountered as well as the earlier charms.
Kams: Becomes an NPC, but is not at Oleg's. The number of people and his drive to search for what happened to his sister sent him out on his own. (Thanks Warren!)
Alaina: Becomes an NPC. Set out with Stephanus to find a site for a new dojo in a more secluded area. They plan to return and gather some of the laborers to help start construction.

It occurs to me that now might be a good time to bump this post about some of the questions that were raised during our previous tactical meeting. Note that there are links amongst the OOC text, one of my pet peeves about the Paizo boards is how easy it is to miss that...

DM - Tareth |

I've updated the regional map to show Oleg's, Kressle's Camp, and the areas explored by the second group. The link is also on the Campaign Info page.

Please bot Gorax if you need to.
My computer motherboard has gone to that great motherboard in the sky.
Thus I may or may not have access to a computer that will allow me to post.
Cheers,
Deevor
Hope life isn't to tough for you in NY Anwel, best wishes.

Udoeak Duskwalker |

Sorry for the silence, I've been having issues all over the place, from the hurricane to family stuff. Well, I shouldn't say I've been having issues, I've still got issues. In any case, I apologize, but over the next day or three I'll catch up and try to get a post up.

Stellan Volkov |

I'm glad to hear your loved ones are safe, hope you get through the rest swiftly, Anwel. Udo,Thad, sorry for your troubles, hope you get a swift and good resolution. Aside from a minor bout of flu, I'm fine, weather most acceptable for Northern Illinois at this time of year.
Gorax hope your computer troubles are on the way to being solved, I always find not being able to communicate by computer frustrating, so much I cannot do any other way now.

Udoeak Duskwalker |

Sorry guys, I may have to bow out a while. This is the first time I've been able to open a browser in a while, and it's too much for me to read right now. I wish you luck, and hope that I can jump back in at a future time. Apologies all around, but I can't mentally keep up with it for now.
DMPC me, have me step out for a while, or drop me, whichever works best for you.

Stellan Volkov |

Ok, seriously now I am going to see an exorcist soon if this keeps up. I'm destroying lives now. Udo if you need it I could go over some posts and do a plot summary, much that's posted is color or characterization.
As for Imon, please stay in, how can I help?
Our team now is,
Warren (The old hand)
Imon (The last recruit pre Kudo)
Anwel (the charmingly loquacious, and I think that's good)
Andrei (The consistant)
Stellan (The dual personality?)
with
Gorax (Hanging on life support)
and
Udo (the latest causality - note: that doesn't mean dead, just incapacitated)
Did I miss anybody?
Hope your not getting depressed Tarenth, this is downright weird, evey other campaign death I've seen has been due to GM issues not player.
Also side note: even with the losses we are still majority arcanists, odd bunch but I like it.
