Then she moves into position and readies to cast Sun Metal on either Rhiannon or Kalaman, whoever moves to enter the melee first.

Hey DM, just checking... one of my arrows was a 24, and Tove hit on a 22 the turn before. Wanted to make sure that miss was accurate. Did I inadvertently aim at one that had a higher AC?
Separate question... I thought I was shooting from a window or the roof, not from the ground. Was Celebeth on the ground and I got placed there because I talked to her?

Got Tove's last round. She cast sun metal on Rhiannon's blade this turn. I just flat out missed your shot that hit AC 24. Will take 10 hp off of one of the trolls.
Feel free to move your tokens to where you think you should be. You've had 5 rounds to get to where ever you'd like to "start" the encounterfrom.

Seeing the downed troll begin showing signs of life, Rhiannon is about to call it out to her companions, when she sees Azen's flaming shot go streaking toward it.

My placement on the board is assuming 2 rounds of 40' movement can get the Hunter onto a battlement with good firing position.
