Scouting around the hall it is discovered that there are four doors all shut, from a glance it can also be viewed that all these doors have locks built into them.
You cannot tell if any are locked by looking at them. I also have not moved anyone on the map, this is just peering down the hallways.

He also lowers his shoulder, but bounces off the door.

DM Sockmonkey |

Sorry for the delay, working like a crazy person. Had to look up the rule to break the door, it is a DC 13 str check so Success!
Ark backs up across from the door in the hall and charges forward shoulder first. There is a loud crash and the door splinters around the lock sending it flying open on its hinges and loudly slamming into the wall behind it. Ark raises his axe over his head as part of the entrance ready to destroy any other obstacles in his way.
Muffled frantic screams start from the room in queue with his violent entrance. It is Amekio; she is lying on her side on the floor in here, bound at the wrists and ankles with rope and blindfolded and gagged with strips of leather. She is badly hurt but conscious, covered in bloody wounds, burns, and goblin bites. She struggles against her bonds reopening many of her just healing wounds as you watch her on the floor.

You hear the faint rustling of something behind door #3. Would you still like to heal Amekio or change your action.
Feel free to move yourself back if you want a new actions I moved you on the map prematurely. There is going to be a surprise round and you are the only one that will be able to act.
Zol roll: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12 Nevermind
Ark Roll: 1d20 ⇒ 5 also Nevermind

Heal Amekio and tell the boys what I heard...
"Pardon me boys but I've heard the faint rustling of something behind the next door. Amekio, now that I've healed you are you capable of fighting beside us?"
She looks around the room looking for something to fortify our position?

DM Sockmonkey |

Door # 3 opens up and someone steps into the hall. An arrow is fired at Zol and hits him in the chest, almost in the heart! The man looks human but very nimble, he is not wearing any armor and has a full quiver of arrows on his back. It is hard to see his finer details in the poor lighting but you can sense a smirk on his face.
It is every so unfortunate you must die in this untidy basement but there will be no risk of letting you out. Apologies.

Ark connects hard with his flail striking the half elf across the chest. He has a tell tale show of terror and he begins to run away. Running with his hand reaching out for the un-opened door he is struck down by another blow by the flail wielding half orc between his shoulder blades. The very audible snapping of bone can be heard. He drops to the ground face first, blood is coming out of his ears. He is still breathing, but very shallow.

For a moment I thought it may be a TPK. His tactics say he runs away when brought to below 8 hit points. He did. Also note that I had lessened his to hit by 1 and took away 1 hd worth of hp, however Ark was able to defeat him at his unadjusted HP because he apparently hits like a wrecking ball.

Only if Ark hits. Only if he hits....
Arkus blinks as his enemy isn't there anymore.
Suddenly Tik is there and his wounds lessen. He blinks once more.
The sudden stillness is gone, the blaze of his pounding blood has lessened and he realises that he is still alive! He grins. It was turning out to be a rather good day after all.
"How is he?" He questions absent mindly.

Unless anyone wants to prevent Amekio's evil brother from dying he will not stabilize by himself.
He has a composite shortbow (+1 str bonus), 12 arrows left in his quiver, a ring, masterwork thieves' tools, masterwork flute, silver earrings (25 gp for the pair), journal, 6 pouches of gold dust worth 50 gp each, 8 pouches of silver dust worth 5 gp each, 10 pp.
This small, leather-bound booklet contains two dozen parchment pages, most of which Tsuto has filled with maps of Sandpoint or erotic drawings of a woman, the last drawing depicts her with a beastly red deformed hand, bat wings and a forked tongue. The maps each depict different attack plans. The first set shows the attack plans for a group of 30 goblins; one of these battle maps is circled, and can be recognized as the attack the goblins made on Sandpoint. Of more pressing concern are the next several pages, which illustrate an assault on Sandpoint by a force of what appears to be 200 goblins. None of these are circled, and while many are scratched out as if they’ve been rejected.
The room he came from is more or less been his office and home for the last few days. After a full search nothing of note or value can be found.
The last door that is unopened and Tsuto was running to is unlocked. You all check it for traps like good little adventurers and find no traps. It opens to a room with a very very long underground hallway that branches from it.
knowledge local if you got ranks in it.
Congrats! Everyone is level 2 now!

Tik detects magic on the ring and anything else not labeled as such, i.e. the bow.
Reading the journal, Tik realizes:
Smuggling tunnel - the one behind the door we just unlocked
Father's remains - could be referring to Father Ezakien, confirmed by 'casket removed' comment on first page
Need to warn town of another but larger raid.
Thistletop shrine - need to find and confirm ritual?

Zolarus does stabilize the evil brother.
Reading the journal over Tiktaa's shoulder, he compulsively points at the pictorial like a teenager with a erotic magazine. He turns the journal around showing her and Arkus the erotic drawing.
"Wow! And I though I had an expanded palate of love interests? Ameiko, do you recall if your brother bring this beauty home to meet the parents?"
As soon as the words leave his mouth, he realizes the gravity of the situation. He apologies and wraps his arm around her for a sympathetic hug.
"I'm so sorry. My tongue has a mind of its own at times. What would you like for us do do with your troubled brother and poor father?"
Zol will help gather any valuables and spends the rest of the time comforting Ameiko and helping her grieve the loss of her father.

DM Sockmonkey |

Ring is magic, nothing else
Quasits are planar, they are some of the least powerful of the demons.
Going to say you guys untie Amekio, she is stable at -2 HP, she can make a single move action.
Ameiko
Tearing up and going to her brothers side.
I hardly new him, my father is was ashamed of his elven heritage that neither he or my mother had. Tsuto never told me of his love interests, father tried to keep him away from Sandpoint as much as possible.
She sits down next to him puts his head in her lap and fixes his hair to show his face.
I do not know if I want to kill him, set him to justice, or let him go. But he cannot be let go. Choose his fate, I have not the heart to condemn him.
To Tusto.
I am happy for you that you had your revenge, even though it cost you your honor.
I will arrange for my father, the workers, and goblins to be buried.
She gentley puts his head down on the floor and struggles to stand, needing aid from Ark to walk away from her brothers body. She struggles for a moment but eventually can walk by herself to let Ark return to the group to decide Tsuto's fate.
Amekio will wait in the stairway going up back to the main floor, feel free to ask her any more questions.

"We cannot kill this man. Let the local leaders decide his fate."
Tik holds the ring up, "This appears to be magical but I can't tell what it does. Can either of you? If not, someone in town should be able to."
To Amekio,
"Do you know where Thistletop Shrine is? Also, have you seen this tunnel before?"
We should give the information as well as Tusto to the Sheriff.

Arkus Scargazed |

Ark Shrugs.
"You all decide. I'll head over to Ameiko but I think we should explore this place further. Best to make the town safe first."
