Wasn't really meaning to exclude you, just (as you know) it's quite tricky to get a 3-way conversation on pbp unless every posting at same time. (or you're happy to wait days)

That was smoothly done. I just didn't want Marisol/you to think that i was trying to talk over her or was just treating her like a 2nd class citizen.

Actually, to give up the compel you have to give up a fate point. As in, not take the one offered and give up one of yours. It's tough to fight your nature. Also, if I'm purely playing off your need, I'll likely require Discipline over Conviction... though you could probably convince me of the latter.

Probablly, if you want to join the discussion that would be cool. You can always have the feeding thing linger, or the fight spread or you affect those about you. No point having yourself too isolated if you don't want to be.

Or as a player, follow a self-compel which if the DM considers big enough to grant a Fate Point.
