An aquatic dungeon adventure for 6th-level Pathfinder Roleplaying Game characters.

They Come from Beneath the Sea!

The deep waters of the Hellmouth Gulf have long concealed ancient mysteries, both wondrous and terrible. But these secrets have been submerged for too long, and the remote coastal village of Blackcove has accidentally awoken a slumbering horror from a bygone age. Strange creatures now venture from beneath the waves to steal townsfolk away in the dark of night.

Can the PCs discover the fate of Blackcove’s lost villagers? What secrets still lie hidden on the mysterious, ruined island just offshore, and what now lurks in the flooded temples beneath the isle? And what horrific fate lies in store for those unfortunate souls who fall prey to the island's eldritch influence?

Edit: yes, I have a character at 4.2 and I can put a GM credit on him to bring him to 5 before this starts.

I can bring in Magnus Landros, the somewhat confused Paladin of Abadar (5) - who is often confused about the actual deity that is his patron. See, he's from an old blood Taldan noble family, who had Aroden as their patron. They have never accepted that Aroden was actually dead. This belief has been substantiated by his twin sister, Lady Natalia Landros, "Paladin of Aroden" (actually a battle oracle). He feels he is not worthy enough to be granted the blessings of Aroden, but has been graced with Abadar's touch, so does his best to be the epitome of paladin-hood.

If accepted, I'll update this character online, and will be able to produce a "soft copy" PDF of his character sheet.

Alright, 2 more plyers and I'd be running it. I know modules are challenging to finish in 3 months, but during the last gameday I ran Fangwood Keep, and reported it for the gameday. We should manage this one too!

I'm still playing but I need to check on which characters I do have to play. One of my games is running a wee bit slower than I'd like.... Else I'd hit this with a pregen.

I am fine with pregens. As long as we get 4 players...... And it's a fun adventure. Played it myself.

You guys feel free to check it out. It was created to allow people to RP off time in the Gameplay and recruit from. It consists of solid players and takes away the unknown factor when recuiting.

Sounds like we're a bit thin on actual casting - no dedicated wizard or cleric (or variations on that theme). Of course, that depends on what nightdeath is bringing.

Gameplay open, and yes, some potions could be useful. Some natural encounters are kinda obvious.

If you use a pregen you don't Need to. I have the Pregens. You Need a new alias, like Merisielx and then just put all the necessary stats in class/levels as HPs AC and initiative

I'll hold off until we know what nightdeath is bringing then, and fill whatever hole looks to be the most glaring.

Alternatively, I also have a Level 5 Oracle (life) 3/ Barbarian 2, that I could bring, but I figured higher was better, since this is a level six module.

I'm bringing Bart! I haven't played him since I first-level retrained him and then put a bunch of GM credit on him. I still have a few thousand to spend on some more equipment before we start.

I also possibly have Flinders available. A level 7.2 Bard archaeologist.

That's the self-buffing bard that acts like a Rogue, right?

Good thing I am using Magnus in this module, and not his sister, Lady Natalia ... She's a bit more... shall we say, Taldan? And would harbor the typical Taldan grudges against followers of the Dawnflower (especially when they are Kelllish)

Magnus cares less about that, and more about being a Paladin. He believes that if he holds to the straight and narrow path, perhaps a Aroden will bless him like he did his sister. See, Aroden used to be the patron of House Landros, and their fortunes have faltered since the god died. Though, truth be told, the Landroses never believed that he was truly gone. They believe that Aroden wants humanity to become strong again, and that he will return when he is truly needed.

Given the group make-up, I'll run the pre-gen wizard then. I'll get it set up tonight.
