Seeing Indeo reaction and the smell from the room, Colyne moves into the doorway. Spotting the lizard creatures he throws his ax at the closest one.
Attack(Range): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
He then readies another ax and take a step into the room.
Colyne you can only take one move action and standerd action. Also you have to make your save once you move right before the door or forward due to the stench. Both trogs are side by side by the way. Also the range on your throwing axe is 10 ft. while scar is 30 ft. from the trogs so you would have to move forward by at least 20ft. from where you started.

Colyne, I think you need to confirm a crit with your natural 19 roll - check this, but unless you have a weapon with a crit only on a 20, then your first hit should have a crit chance. If so, then make another attack roll, if it is a hit, then you do your weapons crit multiplier as extra damage, including strength bonus. Please someone correct me if I am wrong.

I will shoot my readied crossbow at Trog 2 who is not being attacked by Skaar/Colyne - so as to avoid the -4 for shooting into combat.

The two warriors tear the lizard like creature between them to pieces. The other one flees for the eastern door after getting peppered by arrows.
Trog 1 is dead, Scar gets an AoO. Btw unless you identify the monsters I will never use their name IC. ;)

Seeing the trog turning to flee and knowing that the party is ill-equipped to deal with reinforcements, Scaar swings out with his wickedly curved scimitar.
Scaar's AoO: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16
Damage:1d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
The paladin's attack lands but the creature makes its escape none the less. The party is now left with a dead body and lingering questions.
End of Combat. There are two doors, one in the east where the trog escaped, the other in the southeast.

Is everyone ok? That went much better than our previous encounters.
I go over and retrieve my bolt and Deslin's arrow which I hand to him.
I say we follow that monster, we hurt it bad, and I see no reason to leave it to heal and then come for revenge. Anyone have another idea?

I think I will go ahead and use that channeling I rolled earlier. I believe that brings colyne up to full so we should be good to go.
Either way is fine by me. The way it fled looks like our best route forwards.

The door the lizard creature went thru turns out to be the same staircase you encountered below. While it is still blocked below it is clear to move upwards to the next level.
Their is a unexplored room to the south on this level, or you can take the stairs and move to the 3rd, 4th, or 5th floor.

If there are no traps, Skaar will carefully open the door - remembering the welcome he got on the last one.
Nngaga is ready with her crossbow should anything be standing directly behind the door or coming through the door. She is well back from the door though.

Moving with the dwarf, Colyne steps into the room, and quickly surveys the area.
Colyne lands on a trap right after he passes the door. Something shoots out with great speed. Scar for some reason raced forward to take the hit. The spear finds a weak point in his armor and he is run thru.

Colyne looks down at the remains of the lizard-paladin and feels a lump grow in his throat. He saved me by sacrificing himself. I shall never forget this Scar!, he thinks to himself. He reaches down and removes the holy symbol from around Scar's neck, and slips it over his own head. "I shall return this holy symbol to the church when we return, and tell them of Scar's bravery"
