Hey guys,
I realize we're starting to come up on the holidays, so maybe this is a bad time to bring this up, but we've all but ground to a halt. This current round of combat is going on 10 days!
As players, it's our responsibility to post. And while I realize how much it sucks having to DMPC characters at higher levels, we're letting the game ground to a halt for one or two players each round.
I don't know about all of you, but I'm losing track of what we're even doing in this dungeon, where we've manage to explore about five rooms now since entering it July 20.
Like I said, I know we're coming up on the holidays and that can slow people down (and I understand that and will likely participate in it as I have some vacations coming up that I'll post about when they happen), but if we want to keep going, I'd like to get the pace back up in the new year.

Hey guys,
I'm glad we've all picked up the pace; good to see this game going again!
That said... :)
My wife returns home tomorrow, so my posting might likely be curtails some until she leaves Jan. 8. I usually have some time to post, but feel free to DMPC me if I'm holding things up (for example, I think it's likely I won't have time to post at all Friday or Saturday, though after that I should still be able to).

OK, back now. That said, come on, guys. The GM said five days ago the party was up and literally one person has posted (I even tried in my last discussion post to talk about how Jessamy could be rolled by another player/GM).
Momentum is king in PBP and from where I sit, this game is in serious peril of dying. Not posting -- or taking time to post -- is a vicious cycle: Players do it, then the GM does it, then players do it again, etc. etc. ad infinitum. Posting for players typically only takes a few minutes and we've all agreed to make that commitment, so let's do it.

wonder if i should try my crossbow. at least it would give me something maybe to do when no one is taking damage. although it might not help since most folks have some dr now
You could also get a reach weapon and maybe try to aid another (though I'm not sure how Ensu that is). Or we could try to get you a wand that can help out? Just waiting for people to get hurt doesn't seem like that much fun.

I was out of town when this came out, so I don't think I ever announced my first contracted work for Paizo. Pretty excited about it. :)

I'm heading down to St. Martin once again on Friday to see Dr. The Old Ball and Chain and drag her back home with me. I'll be mostly away from keyboard April 21-28 (hopefully able to dive right back in after that, though the wife will be home so we may be a bit busy for a few days -- I can usually post when she's doing things around the house).
Jessamy will continue to be as heroic as she can be.

Hey guys, just FYI, work is hitting me hard right now. I've also got my folks coming to visit over the weekend -- Long story short, my posting may be spotty through the weekend (though I'm hoping I can sneak in some time tomorrow and/or Friday).

OK.
Jessamy kills all the Runelords and is instilled with godly powers. She allows some to trickle down to her followers, Pirknok, Ensu, Siolad and Krojun, and lives happily ever after. Literally forever, as in eternity. During which she kills Rovagug and Lamashtu, because she's a big.damn.hero. Great campaigning with all of you.
(NPC'ing GMs is fun!)

So, Ensu, your spells. We've got to figure out a way for you to be a little more offensive on combat, since honestly CLW is basically doing nothing at this level.
You're best bet might be to check out some of the guides (http://zenithgames.blogspot.com/2012/11/the-comprehensive-pathfinder-guide s.html) but I'll give what advice I can, though I'm not a big cleric player.
You should never prepare a cure spell (looks like you have one at every level) because you can swap those out for spontaneous casting. Summons are always nice and have been very helpful (not sure the lower levels are as useful anymore, but the upper ones still are).
You're more of a spellcaster, it seems, than a combatant, but perhaps some longer term spells would free you up to use your crossbow a bit more and make you more versatile. You may also want to consider how to use your blast rune power (though that's not a great power, IMO).
At first level, spells like command or ray of sickening could be good for direct attacks. Alternatively, divine favor is a popular choice (gives you +3/+3 so you could use your crossbow in combat and save some of your spells; that may also be good if you switch some of your later spells to more long-term buffs). Considering we're almost always having a morale bonus, moment of greatness could be a nice buff to consider.
At 2nd level, a single bear's endurance is likely more effective than all four CMWs (and again can be swapped out); boosting Pirknok/Krojun's Strength would also probably be good if they don't already have magic items; ghostbane dirge is always a good spell for those incorporeal situations; resist energy, silence (that would negate Krojun a bit but can be a godsend vs. casters), sound burst, spiritual weapon, spear of purity, surmount affliction...
3rd: Bestow curse is a good save or suck spell, as is blindness/deafness; daylight can counter darkness; dispel magic is a potential godsend (could prep two of those, potentially), invisibility purge, searing light...
4th: BoF is always helpful, but dismissal might be useful, fleshworm infestation, freedom of movement can be a lifesaver, restoration, spiritual ally (which seems like a fast summons...)
5th: one breath of life is a must-have but I don't know you need two spell resistances. Greater command has potential but we're usually not facing multiple opponents; dispel evil maybe?; insect plague...
I like your sixth-level choices, though are we ever going to use word of recall? A daily heroes feast may be more useful (though the morale bonus will likely be superseded by Krojun's inspiration).
6th:

It is with a heavy heart, that I need to inform all my games I need to step away from the pathfinder universe. Need to focus on getting a job and some other things. I know this leaves each of you in a lurch but I need to buckle down some things and I just can't put any energy into rp games. I wish much success for all of you.

OK, I finally got Ensu's spells determined; they're listed under my alias.
Spells:
1st: bless[], command[], divine favor[], liberating command[], moment of greatness[][], +shield* []
2nd: bear's endurance [], bull's strength[], ghostbane dirge[], spiritual weapon[], spear of purity[], surmount affliction[], barkskin* []
3rd: bestow curse [], daylight [], dispel magic [][x], searing light[], protection from energy* []
4th: blessing of fervor [][], restoration[], spiritual ally[], explosive runes*[]
5th: breath of life [], dispel evil [], insect plague [x], summon monster V [], lesser planar binding*[]
6th: banishment[], heal[][], greater glyph of warding*[]
I tried mostly to stick with things I'd recommended above, as that seemed fair to me.
I am wondering if we could retcon a couple things in -- considering we knew there was something in here, I think Ensu would have cast at least barkskin, but also possibly bull's strength on Krojun and bear's endurance on Pirknok. Up to you on those, obviously.
