You've rebelled against your master, Cardinal Adrastus Thorn. Can you kill him before he kills you? Who will lead the forces of Asmodeus in their final assault on the noble kingdom of Talingarde?
The bad news is probably that it landed on me crushing me flat....
Had a DM that always did that when we killed a giant....
Now, how would that work if you were Air Walking? Would the dragon be effectively balanced on you? Would it roll off? Would the spell slowly be crushed into the ground beneath the weight of the dragon?
Or would you be able to use your inhuman 27 strength to be able to rip to dragon's scales apart, then climb through the dragon's gut before bursting forth from a gory hole in the creatures side?
To the dragon's considerable though short-lived surprise, knocking Edmin down does very little to stop him. I see this as Edmin getting knocked down and the dragon crawling over him, and then Edmin swinging his axe from the ground up for a lethal blow into the monster's vitals.
Nythoggr the great cairn worm shudders. Black blood flows out in a torrent from the vast wound. His immense form tilts to one side, then collapses. The great eyes begin to sink into the massive skull...

Dren awakens...and transforms into a large Red Dragon,
Fools! All of you fools! Teleporting away so it attacks me...do you realize I am the only one that can keep you all alive.
You know while I am alive it is difficult for ANYTHING to kill you with physical damage? Next time keep that in mind when you tuck you head between your legs and flee!
Dren casts heal on himself then shifts back into his normal form.
Edmin watches Dren for a moment then returns to his gruesome task."I do not feel cursed. Did you know about a curse this whole time and think it not best to inform the rest of us?"
Not sure if you will allow this, but a soon as Ulp mentioned the curse, the Judge would have begun a performance, does not really matter which, knowing that he will be able to then cast Saving Finale should it be needed.
Starting the performance is a swift action, casting Surviving Finale is an immediate action which would allow Edmin to reroll the save.
That's just a little cheesy. But, okay, I'll allow it. That'll burn a full ten rounds of bardic performance. (It's not like you've been using those anyway, mind.)
But the Judge is more than a little cheesy. It is one problem with this build, that the Judge does not use bardic performance as much. He will have to start using it more, just to annoy monsters (and NPCs) more.
Although, since the Saving Finale is an immediate action, it would have occurred immediately after the initial roll, and, thus, the first Mythic Surge, a 2, should apply I would think.

Just a +1 for fear, but the prayer may have...if you were within the 40' range. I cast it on the dragon and since you were on my side it would have been logical that you were caught in it.
M DEAD!! KILLED BY EVIL EVIL DMDM!! Rogue1/Barb (Feral)1 temp hp 14/17 and 9 con (HP 24/25+4 when Raging; AC21/17/15(-2 Raging) ; CMD 16 (18 Rage) Fort +4(6); Ref +8; Will +1( 3); Init +6; Perception +5/6 for Traps; Darkvision
Look at the positive side, if we cannot get rid of the curse, I can always drain you and turn you into a vampire minion. Then you might be immune to whatever the curse is.
You should also get the +2 from the very first Mythic Surge for a total of 28.
Edmin shudders as the chill of death works into his bones. Centuries of the dragon's hatred and greed are distilled into a horrible curse! Even the dark power of Asmodeus cannot resist it.
