Can Elise change her feat? She currently has improved initiative, which doesn't seem to help under the rules we are adopting.
Yes, with the PbP environment, Improved Initiative is much less effective (though in my opinion, it was never very effective in the first place).
Bear in mind, if your're playing a Mythic game and get the Mythic Improved Initiative, its usefulness becomes way, way, way more useful.
So, anyone who took Improved Initiative can switch it out for another feat. This does not apply for those of you who have it due to a class feature.

I apologize for doing this, but I've decided I should withdraw from this game. It's been fun to see the comedy of errors play out! However, I haven't gotten into this game on a broader basis, and I don't want to be a drag on the overall pace. Best of luck to you all.

Flynn and Celest have been pretty decent in combat, especially if they can work flanks with each other and Lilly. I'm ok with it as is, for now. I wouldn't mind picking up another bruiser, either.

I would make character suggestions about type or role, but to be honest so long as they can mesh well character-wise (even if that's by clashing) that would be fine. Though given the group dynamic, a trigger-happy fire sorcerer might do well. Bonus points if they are overly pedantic, necrotic, painfully shy, slightly confused or otherwise insufferable.
Celest will generally push the game in her own self-interested direction (a direction that will occasionally be the correct direction for the game), so perhaps a more focused "pusher" aside from the party NPC might be a good add.
I don't mind continuing without, until the right players come along. Let's go stab something and take it's stuff.
