“The Lucky Bones was, to the public, a gambling hall and opium den.
In truth, the building was a front for a guild of thieves and abductors known as the Gray Spiders.
The full might of the Order of the Torrent came down on them, and when they were done, the Gray Spiders were no more.
But then Lictor Yehl, made the curious choice to seal the Lucky Bones. It was discovered that Yehl planned to return to the complex to loot it.
Yehl and the others were expelled, but no one ever followed up with the Lucky Bones.
Lictor Arcamo was ashamed of the entire episode and forbade any of the rest from investigating it, and in time, it all mercifully slipped from memory.
But those chambers still exist below the ruined gambling hall—chambers that were never mapped or officially reported. For all intents and purposes, they do not exist.
Sounds to me to be the perfect place for a rebellion to set up shop... provided someone first scouts the place out to ensure nothing unwanted has moved in!”

GM - I leave it up to you what happens with Kirit, Asha's companion. I didn't see a token for her on the map so I assume they have been separated.
Bastargrae - gnome pindagger is fine. However, it is an exotic weapon > martial to gnomes. You can only use simple plus the listed weapons for investigator. Therefore unless your proficiencies change, or you pick up a feat for it, it would function as a normal dagger for you.

Firebelly is a std action to cast, and a std action each time you use it during the duration. Therefore you can't use it the same round you cast it.

OH. And to cast it I guess I gotta concentrate on using it like an actual mage...so I roll a.concentrate check and roll 1d4 as affected by shaken condition?
Bad gnome. Early again. It might be the enemy having two actions per round throwing you off. The Chelish thugs and Dottari guards are not on the same initiative.

Focus affects the attributes of the organization as a whole, not the officers.
It must be selected now, and it does not change.
Your organization makes Loyalty, Stealth, and Secrecy checks when it takes actions, responds to events, etc.. For example...
the Gather Information action is a secrecy check.

If you are successful, the team has gathered information
for you. This can either be a randomly determined
rumor (your GM has tables of rumors that change with
each adventure) or a specific piece of local information
that you could learn by making a Diplomacy check to
gather information about that topic or individual. For
certain topics or individuals, the DC might be higher
than 15. If you roll a natural 1 on the Secrecy check,
you don’t automatically fail, but your Notoriety score
increases by 1d6.
Recruit Supporters (No Team Required): This check
can only be made once per Activity phase. By spending
an amount of gold equal to the rebellion’s minimum
treasury value, you can attempt to recruit additional
supporters. To do so, attempt a Loyalty check. The DC
of this check is equal to 10 + the rebellion’s rank. On
a successful check, increase the rebellion’s supporters
by 2d6 + any bonuses granted by Recruiter officers.
If you roll a natural 1 on the Loyalty check, you don’t
automatically fail, but your Notoriety score increases by
1d6. You can’t take this action if the rebellion is at its
current maximum rank.

Assuming the old Silver Ravens stronghold is no longer dangerous, that could be a good waypoint.
It's out of the way, nobody has a reason to go there and the freed prisoners could help us clean it up a little bit.
