I've opened this up, but the first (and only) thing I want people to do for now is to post the following info.

I do this so that once we get close to the end, I can work on Chronicle Sheets and have everything ready for reporting.

Example:
DM Beckett / the Raven Knight / Taldor / 5,274-15 / Heal (Temple): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22 / use 2 pp on a Wand of CLW.

Once I have everyone post this info, then the Discussion thread will become a normal Discussion thread for the game, and I encourage people to use it. :)

Also, please feel free to ask any questions you might have, make suggestions, or just chat. I try to allow for creative solutions and add a little extra to the games. Once I hear that everyone has all their character's updated and I take a glance through them, I'll open up the Gameplay thread and kick this off.

Oh, I also notice that you have initiative set up. I did want to say that I have the Tactics cleric domain, and can roll initiative twice and keep the best result.

I can do that 6x a day, and to make things easier for you to track, just thought I'd use it the first 6 combats we have each day. So I'm not sure if you want to give me a 2d20 roll and I'll keep the best one the first 6x, and then after that will just use the first roll?

I've had a first stab at a marching order.

Regretably everyone else seems much better at melee than my own good dwarf, so I've put him at the back. May be a mistake given he is the slowest anyway, but hey. He's all about making you the best you can be. And maybe hitting things with a dwarven war axe from time to time.

Pace is good here for me.

Faction missions are kind of fun, flavour wise. Are we really that far through that we have already missed our chance at them?

Yes, that's correct. In the older scenarios, the Grand Lodge, Shadow Lodge, Silver Crusade, Sczarni, and Lantern Lodge used the Faction Missions for the other five factions (as they hadn't been around when those scenarios where written.

Also, for the most part, I was just going to go into part 2. Is everyone in?
