At this point I just have to say it. WTF? This is seriously a 1-3 level modules for 4 characters at 15 point buy? Who could possibly survive it? Without the wand of CLW we have we would be dead several times over by now. This is like Tomb of Horrors for beginners. :p

Yah, and I glossed over a few traps just because they were too hard to do properly in PbP. I wonder if you would normally have leveled by this point, if not in PFS mode.
I do think having the healing waters and the safe room were there to allow this to be more than a 1-2 day task. I am glad you already took out 3 of the skeletons because that would have gotten very ugly with everyone flanking.
This is the last battle, though, so if you are holding anything back, use it now!
You did have a 20 pt buy, though - right?
