You move down the stairs past the slain Ettin. The electric hum of a powered computer console echoes throughout the bowels of this recessed chamber. A series of thick cords attached to the console connect to a large, gore-covered hatch. The hatch firmly seals against the room’s rough stone floor. Several vents surround the hatch, each spewing forth gouts of miasmic exhaust and emitting angry whistles at irregular intervals.

The computer console’s screen rapidly scrolls through a series of blueprints, plans, and schematics that hint at a larger substructure beyond the closed hatch. Iseph starts downloading the information to a datapad, as it looks both highly important, but also in need of a more detailed analysis and cataloguing.

Raia recognizes that the hatch is made of pure adamantine. It seems that the way to open it is also in the computer. With time not being a barrier the party uses the mainframes power to assist them, and with brute computing force manages to open the hatch, revealing an entry to an underground labyrinth.
beyond the scope of this adventure!

In a nearby exhaust port you find the remains of Snips and Xalak-don, hands bound as though they were 'sacrificed' by the goblins.

Comfortable that you have explored the place, you head back to the ship and lift off...

Back to Absalom Station? What are you doing with Livewire/belt?

M Android Ace Pilot Operative 4|Init +6 Per +9| FORT +1 REF +8 WILL +4

Iseph quirks his brow but says nothing as the party discusses the fate of the belt. He looks to Navasi to hear her opinion on the matter.

"We can discuss if further on the way. Let's get off this rock." Iseph heads to the ship to begin preparing for take off.

VC - Sydney, Australia

Navasi is unlikely to post based on the OOC thread.

The party honours the agreement and returns to the belt to Livewires family on Absalom station, luckily, the Starstone makes for a quick return trip. Efforts to have Livewire released bear little fruit, the Wardens expressing that they would be willing to exchange Livewire for an expedition ringleader, but as you don't have one there can be no trade.

Livewire sends a desparate message asking whether the party was able to rescue and save her lover - Bago, her 'hairless monkey', and if you were able to talk to him and tell her that she misses him like she asked you to - she takes the news of his death at your hands very hard, and you suspect that her earlier premonition of not being able to survive her full term in incarceration will come to pass.

Luwazi graciously thanks you for your efforts on Salvation’s End and indicates that future exploration of the moon will take place 'soon'. True to her word, your payment is generous - 3,000 credits for each of you. Luwazi heaps praise upon you all for a mission well done and is excited to discuss future opportunities with you all, if you so desire.

The end!
