Female Human(varisian)

Meg does not realize what Kizzy is referring to at first, too distracted by the goblin right next to her. As she finally spies the murdered Kaijitsu patriarch, the intensity of the scene finally becomes apparent to her. Her face takes on a fierce aspect as she stares down Tsuto. She will not let that bastard--in multiple senses of the word--just sit back and fire arrows.

She focuses intently on how much she does not want to be seen at this particular moment, and after a couple of seconds, she does indeed disappear. She weaves through the goblins, jumping up on the table with spectacular grace, to the point she almost wishes someone could have appreciated the jump. She rushes down the table, her gaze fixed intensely upon Tsuto.

Kizzy cries out in alarm as she sees Seamus burst into flames. "Gah! Hold on, Shea!" She stepped to follow and swung her sword down on the goblin that tried to trip him, hard.

Izomandakus opens the door and takes his shot, while Pachemu gets a snout full of boot, having face planted temporarily. Kizzy whacks at a goblin, dropping it where it stood as she then helps to pat out Seamus’ flames. Kast switches weapons as he steps further to the room. Meg vanishes from sight in the doorway and leaps upon the table with a grace and style that no one can see. Seamus retreats a few feet and pats out the glass burn before it spreads.

Yellow takes the AoO on Seamus as he moves to put himself out, though he doesn’t have any success.

Meg hops down from the table, making use of her last few precious moments of invisibility to circle around to cut off Tsuto’s escape. She slashes out at his feet with her rapier, trying to throw him off balance. No matter what, she is going to stop him. Nevertheless, as she appears visible once more, she cannot help but worry as to what exactly she has put herself into.

Despite his many wounds the pig though fights the goblin ferociously trying to help Kizzy defeat it.

Izomandakus reloads his crossbow as Pachemu tries to get his own back. Kizzy did in fact protect Seamus, though she couldn’t land a blow of her own. Kast drops yellow where it stands, er, stood, and may step into that square if he wishes. Meg does her heroic best to trip Tsuto, but she cannot quite pull it off as even heroes must bow to Desna’s fickleness. Seamus takes a big chunk of goblin out of red-blue, but he continues to, shakily, stand.

Tsuto, holding his bow in one hand, quickly punches Meg in the solar-plexus while a sweep kick tries to do even more damage.

As soon as the first attack flies towards Meg, a second image of her suddenly appears. While the attack would have missed the real Meg anyways, it bursts through the image almost the moment it appears. She does not expect him to attack again so quickly and yelps in pain at the foot sweep.

”’Child!?’ I am a grown woman in my thirties, thank you very much. Besides, what are you, 14? Angry with daddy?” If Meg had been paying closer attention during the explanation of who he was, she would have probably realized that the math would not work out. But she did not, and she also would have called him 14 anyways, as he is a dick.

She stabs out at him with intent to draw blood this time, but she is too unfocused to accomplish much, frustrated that neither of her tricks have accomplished much thus far.

Surprised that Tsuto and Meg are bantering back and forth, Seamus is not surprised to see Kast move towards the murderer or tell him he is under arrest, Nodding towards the goblin he tells Kizzy, [b]"I'll leave that one to you and Pachemu. I think Kast and Meg can use some help. He then quickly moves past Kast and around the table towards Tsuto's rear.

Izomandakus jumps lightly into the room, though his bolt lands in the furnace where it swiftly burns away. Pachemu has more luck, demoralizing the remaining goblin! Kizzy seems to feint for a moment, before heroically ends the life of the goblin before her. Kast makes an offer of clemency, which is turned down. Meg mocks the little man, but cannot follow it up with a blow. Seamus double moves into position, avoiding the dead body parts strewn across the floor.

”You know nothing limpy-man. The sheriff isn’t even in town, off to Magnimar to bring reinforcements!” he laughs rather longer than he should, in an evil sort of way.

Tsuto, holding his bow in one hand, continues to press Meg, trying for another stunning blow.

She stabs for his stomach, the pain of the wound enhanced by her stare. She slaps him with an intentionally smug smile. "Your murder-baby friends are either down or fled and you are surrounded."

Chuckling when Meg calls Tsuto a twelve year old. Seamus begins to move behind Kast. While Meg continues about the goblins He looks at her briefly, 'Why would he stir up the goblins?' Laughing out loud as Kizzy corrects Tsuto, Seamus Makes sure he isn't in the way of Kast's backswing, Then shifting forward he thrust the long knife into the other half elf.

Izomandakus starts the smackdown with a solid blow though Pachemu has less success. Kizzy then calls out the party’s success in a lion’s roar. Kast takes advantage and strikes a blow for the militia. Meg smugly slaps him across the face with her rapier, leaving a thin red line, though the wound is deeper. Seamus lands a blow as well, critically slicing through Tsuto’s tunic and drawing a large red smear of blood for his trouble.

Tsuto does indeed take advantage of the AoO on Kast trying to kick at him as he goes by…
Tsuto kick on Kast: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13 damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
…though he misses, even without Kizzy’s aid.

Tsuto, looking at those arrayed against him, does what any sensible person would do. He ducks out (withdraw). He tumbles to try and avoid the worst of the AoO’s his way, and to get through Meg. (Izomandakus and Kast have no AoOs as I’m withdrawing)

Unwilling to let another goblin escape into the town, Kizzy hustled as fast as she could to tell the others which way the goblin went.

"Good job Meg." Seeing Meg down Tsuto, 'I don't want another goblin hiding in a closet somewhere.' Seamus runs towards the door the goblin went out. "I'll try and catch the goblin."

Izomandakus jumps down of the table then rushes to reach the others "I think we have them" Pachemu follows along.

Next round Izomandakus will kneels in front of Tsuto and tries to make sure it does not die "You have a lot of things to explain to justice, Tsutito"

Kizzy double moves after the speedy goblin. Kast limps along after Tsuto. Meg charges the man, and cuts him down before he can make god his escape. Izomandakus delays and attempts to close Tsuto’s injuries, but he continues to bleed. Seamus double moves toward the escaping goblin.

Running after the goblin, Seamus remembering the last goblin they let escape, calls back, "Let's not let one escape again." As he goes through the first door he drops his knives in the storage room. Drawing his bow as he crosses the threshold, moving to the end of the building he looks for the goblin.

double move, 60 ft. free action drops knives, draws bow, will take 10 (21) on perception looking for the goblin.

Kast sighs as he looks down at the damage the party, and especially Meg, has done.

”Well? Do we save him?” Kast asks, but knows the answer. Yes. He drops to a knee and tries to staunch Tsuto’s wounds. ”He’ll need to answer to the Sheriff.”

Kast removes his shield, but accidentally drops it on Tsuto’s neck which reopens a wound and he’ll need to try again next round to save the man’s life.

Another round of Heal check...

Perhaps Kast is able to save the man’s life. He rubs some dirt out the wound and then ties it shut with a nice cloth wrap.

The party moves outside, and Kizzy (next round) is able to identify which way the goblin went - to the left (NW)!

The party runs around the end of the building to see the small goblin running down the stairs along the cliff where it looks to be seeking freedom through the town dump.

Anyone with a ranged weapon may take one shot at about 150’ before the goblin has too much cover from the junk and distance. Tsuto is stabilized, and still breathing, after a few tense seconds.

I'd be at like a -8 or -10 at that range, so there's no way in hell she'd hit

Following the goblin around the building Seamus watches it run towards the dump. 'Well at least he won't be hiding in anyone's closet.' Lowers his bow, watching the goblin flee, he looks at the others and shrugs. "I don't think he's coming back." Gesturing towards the building "Do you think that's all of them or might some be hiding?"

Qetsiyah curses a blue streak in Halfling upon hearing the goblin got away, then turns back into the Glassworks and begins to go door to door, searching and calling for Ameiko.

Kast declines to chase the goblin, instead getting his longspear and protecting the comatose body of the father killer. While he waits, he’ll poke around the glassery and the bodies of the dead goblins.

Kizzy immediately starts searching the rooms as Meg and Seamus return without the goblin, or his body. Kizzy spends a few moments searching, and other than evidence the workers lived here, and were jumped sometime in the night by the goblins, she finds nothing particularly noteworthy - and no Ameiko.

The others search the goblins (ugh), pile up the random body parts (yuck) for eventual burial, and loot Tsuto’s slumped body (yay). You find:

Picking up the gold dust, Izomandakus tries to determine if this is part of some ritual or spell component.

"So... is this Lonjiku dead dead?" asks the boy to Kast "I think to remember there is a basement in the building too. We should search there. Otherwise we will need to poke Tsutito until he comes back to answer what happened to Ameiko"

Iomandakus can't think of a spell component or ritual that fits gold dust. Perhaps that's how he preferred to carry his wealth? It does seem strange...

Lonjiku is most completely dead and encased in a thick layer of glass making him almost immovable, at least in his current form. Someone is going to have to chisel him out of the chair he's lashed to.

Meg grimaces and flinches as she takes a look at the deceased Kaijitsu patriarch. "What a gruesome way to go." It's like something out of Hannibal tbh

Meg takes the ring off Tsuto and cleans any blood off of it. She slides it on her right middle finger and holds out her hand to see how it looks on her.

What does the ring look like, aesthetically?

Qetsiyah does not pause or linger in her search as every door she opens fails to lead her to Ameiko. Her anxiety and agitation grow as flashes from her nightmares keep hovering before her eyes as she passes through empty room after empty room. She is near panic when Izomandakus mentions the basement.

"He's not going anywhere." she snarls in answer to Izo's question about Lonjiku, "We've got to find Ameiko. Which way to the basement?"

She hurries to search the last part of the Glassworks for Ameiko.

Meg jumps as Kizzy mentions Ameiko. Right. They are not done yet, are they? She stows her crossbow and draws her rapier once again as she follows the others in the search.

Editing, I forgot something.

Following Meg and Kizzy back into the building, Seamus helps pile up the bodies and frisk Tsuto’s. Eventually he rolls his fellow half-elf over, looking at his cloak. "The idiot owes me a cloak he caught mine on fire."

Hearing Meg, Seamus stares at the body. "Your right a bad way to go. I bet it will be nightmare getting the glass off. Maybe they should build a casket around him."

Nodding in agreement with Kizzy, "I think it's back by the exit we ran out." In the heat of the chase he had forgotten about his leg. As things calmed down, limping, he looks at his leg "Anyone know anything about injuries?"

While there talking about going to the basement Seamus gestures towards the prisoner; "Are we sure he won't wake up and run off?"

Meg notices the pain in her leg once more. "I know that they are bad and that it is best to avoid them." She waits for the joke to land before continuing. "As for how to treat them, I have no idea."

Kast marches through every room on the top floor, sweeping for goblins in closets, under beds, eating boogers. Finding none, he returns to the Tsuto and makes sure he's tied up tight (in addition to being blitheringly unconscious).

"You guys ready to head down to the basement. I bet Ameiko is down there if she's here," Kast offers hopefully. He keeps his shield tethered on, but stows his morningstar until it is needed. He'd like a free hand as he walks (better to use to support himself on the walls without his longspear).

Kast's eyes narrow on Seamus, wondering why the man is still limping and hurt. "Don't we have one of those curification wands? From Father Zantus? Why aren't you using that?" Kast asks.

Laughing at Meg's jest Seamus nods, "I know to wrap cloth around it to stop bleeding and that's about it."

Nodding approvingly as Kast ties Tsuto up, Seamus raises an eyebrow when Kast asks him 'why.' He looks at his friend, quizzically then shrugging. "Um, I forgot about it, but it won't do me any good because I don't know how to use a wand."
