"Hei, Seamus! But..." Izomandakus contemplates how the elf runs out of the run and gets a present from the sinspawn on the way out "Ouch!"

Seeing shoting the crossbow in this close quarters will be problematic, the boy drops the ranged weapon and draws his staff to fight the sinspawn flanking with Kast. He strikes with a spin and magic propels with strength his swing as he does so.

Seamus flees the room as commanded, drawing an AoO as he goes which stings mightily. Kizzy steps up on blue, and though her swing was firm, she just misses the elusive creature. Izomandakus brings the smackdown as both he and Pachemu hit the poor teetering sinspawn… yet it remains standing. Meg double moves into position, changing weapons as she goes. Kast limps forward, but can’t quite carry his momentum into a solid swing as the sinspawn dodges the blow.

The quasit, pleased with herself for how things are going overall (or at least by Seamus’ difficulty), and as yet unaware of her impending doom at Meg’s hands, begins a long spell.

Meg likewise has no idea what the demon is casting. As she appears from invisibility, she smiles at the quasit above her. Her hand crossbow already trained on it, she tosses out a quip, as that is generally what heroes do in such situations. ”No need to run, Izo! I would never abandon my friends.” She steadies her aim and fires her bolt. With the beating the others are taking, she cannot risk this little bastard getting off whatever she is trying.

'Blasted stupid what's-it." Sheathing his longknife, and tucking Meg's dagger in his belt, Seamus looks at the nasty wound in his side from the spawnthings polearm. Looking from the nearly dead sinspawn, he looks up to the flier. drawing his bow. "Yeah, you just stay up there."

Seamus swaps his weapons in the hopes of a new target. Kizzy spreads out the damage as she advances after blue. Izomandakus, fearful of failure, ponders retreat, which throws off his aim, and confuses the mighty Pachemu. Meg appears suddenly, worrying the quasit quite a bit at first, and with heroic effort, she connects with the flying beast! Kast makes his presence felt on red.

The quasit screeches angrily in her tiny tinny voice. ”Where did you come from?! Get out of my house! Better yet, hold still…”

The quasit then, with her whole round ahead of her, casts another spell, more quickly though this time (standard action). She summons up her power and casts it down upon Meg! Will DC 14, or be held in place unable to move. As a full round action, you may attempt a new save if you fail.

"Blast!" Seeing the creatures wounds seem to heal itself, Seamus asks, "Is it's wounds healing themselves?" Drawing an arrow from his quiver, he nocks it to the short bow. "Might not be cold iron, but it shoud get the things attention." He then looses the arrow at the flying thing but sees it bounce off of the ceiling.

Meg has absolutely no idea what spell is getting cast on her, but the demon told her to hold still, and she definitely does not want to do anything this little bastard tells her. Pleased with herself for fighting off the mental attack, she returns to repartée. ”’Where I am from?’ Let us say I just got back from shopping, and I always buy cold iron, darling.” She slams another cold iron bolt into her crossbow and fires. She perhaps spent more time focusing on the line and not enough on the actual aiming, though.

Izomandakus sees Meg suddenly appearing and Seamus shooting to the quasit and nods accepting that as an answer "Seems we are in the fight"

"Mmm... I guess I did not know as good as I thought about quasits. Maybe fire and acid stops that healing?" the boy theorizes and likely gets distracted letting others act.

Pachemu attacks the remaining sinspawn while Izomandakus waits to see if the pig and Kast are able to finish the work.

Seamus sidles into view and tries the bow, but has less luck than with his daggers. Kizzy pursues blue, taking it out with a final swing of her greatsword. Meg resists the foul creature, though she can’t land a bolt of her own by way of reply. Kast crunches the last sinspawn as it collapses to the floor, bleeding. Izomandakus delays to see how the battle fares before retrieving his crossbow and preparing it for duty.

The quasit grumbles as Meg resists the spell, so looking forward to the coupe de grace that would have surely followed. She’s also disappointed in the actions of her sinspawn. ”Want something done, you’ve got to do it yourself.” she murmurs.

She hesitates, considering her options. In the end, with little confidence, she descends on Meg, clambering onto her head (sharing space), and lashing out with her claw! She provokes an AoO if Meg has a handy weapon…

Sadly, she had sheathed her rapier last round so she’d have a free hand for reloading her hand crossbow, as they can fired one handed but not loaded one handed

Meg is surprised as the little nasty demon flies up into her face. Once again, a mirror image of her pops into existence momentarily and takes the hit, though it likely would have missed anyways. Her Mesmeric Mirror would have triggered, but it would then have gotten popped by it being within 5 AC on the miss

She draws her rapier and pulls back into a stop thrust into the quasit’s stomach.

Qetsiyah barked a laugh of relief as the sinspawn goes down and a quick glance back shows Kast handling things perfect. She hurries up the stairs to aid Meg, issuing a challenge to the irksome quasit and rallying call to her allies.

"Hold on Meg, I'll help get that what's-it outta your hair! Tsuto has fallen, as have your freaks and all your plans will be for naught! It is your death that is nigh!" She says as she challenges the tiny demon.

Move up the stairs. Swift action to issue a challenge to the Quasit, Standard to issue a Lion's Call. Allies recieve +1 competence bonus on saves vs fear and attack rolls for the next 2 rounds. Allies also recieve +1 circumstance bonus on melee attack rolls against the quasit whenever Kizzy is threatening the target. Kizzy also receives a +1 dodge bonus to her AC against attacks made by the target of her challenge.

"Erylium? So close to what? What are... your obviously failed plans..." Izomandakus finishes climbing up the stairs, and finding himself closer, with two fingers leaning on the blade he draws his cold iron dagger almost inadvertently as he goes up.

With a glint in his eyes when Meg distracts the quasit, and knowing he has a single opportunity to strike hard, he throws the dagger at the creature, the cold iron metal propelled by his magical strength.

Seamus sends another arrow into the air, though his luck hods. Kizzy looses her faculties temporarily, and flees toward the closed door, though she keeps her grip on her weapons. Meg’s bolt crunches into her neck causing a small flood of blood down the quasits left side. Kast draws a javelin, ready to do his duty. Izomandakus finishes closing and throws his dagger with pinpoint accuracy, catching the quasit right in the chest (crit!). The small creature falls to the ground, finding such a blow too grievous to withstand.

Fall: 2d6 ⇒ (3, 3) = 6 (DR applies)

The small creature continues to heal, though her breaths are quiet raspy indeed.

We’re out of initiative - you can either coupe de grace, or let her heal and we’ll start another init. Let me know if you stop the red sinspawn from dying as well (it’s close).
