Oh! That's not necessary I'll do the RP. You can ofc act as the manservant but he's mostly just for background and for someone that Agrippa can order around.
Unless of course you have other, more devious plans.

Oh boy. So the Champions of Corruption book came out recently, and this is a feat in it: Stunning Irruption.
Wodin using Stonestrike to bash through walls and surprise people on the other side sounds like it'd be hilarious. :D

@Eldred.
You need some more consistence on your rolls.
If you are going to threaten him using the cardinal, makes no sense in trying a diplomacy at the end, because your threat negates it.

Yeah, not one of us can hit that kind of sense motive check.
To Eldred's point, we did exactly what the cardinal suggested. We led with reminding him that he owed Thorn, and suggested that we could bring profit to his door, at little risk to himself.
He responded by calling us beggars, threatening to blackmail us, and calling Johan stupid ( which is a tender point with him, cause he kinda is). And WE HAVEN'T EVEN ASKED HIM FOR ANYTHING YET!!
Human Hero Killer1 / Holy Assassin1 / Deceiver2
Yeah, I know that it seems unfair.
That the beginning of the Dinner, the baron is decided against helping you. That is why the hostilities.
Your goals is to convince him otherwise until the dinners at an end.
Can you remind us what we are trying to get out of this relationship?
Human Hero Killer1 / Holy Assassin1 / Deceiver2
The cardinal did not told you anything about it.
But it's fairly easy to guess.
He is the most influent and rich noble in farhold. He is also another devout of asmodeus, and some rumors, says that he is not the most good of the souls.
Of course you can always ignore it and kill the Baron, it's your choice really, the cardinal never said you should ally with the baron, only that he may be a good ally.

Human Hero Killer1 / Holy Assassin1 / Deceiver2
The seventh knot is yet to arrive at Farhold.
And it'll be their job to help you.
Meaning, in the cardinal eyes, you are superior to the seventh knot, and thus getting the more important stuff to do.

Hmmmm. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
So threatening this guy is kind of a waste of time, but we don't want to suck up to him too much, because our loyalties are solidly with Asmodeus and the Cardinal (or at least, they appear that way) and I doubt we want to have to any more obligations to deal with. But having the Baron on our side will hopefully be able to provide us with stuff that could be useful to messing Talingarde's year up.
Decisions, decisions.

Just asking for a map, the best they have on hand or can arrange of Caer Briar and the temple area/landmark.
The 20-30 mules thing is an after thought to himself thinking they'll need a lot of supplies and that it may extend to needing upwards of a crap load of mules to move supplies.

It its 1 week travel we'll need 2-3 weeks supplies. 1 week there, 1 week for adventuring, 1 week back.
Thats the boundry of most peoples carrying capcity in water skins etc.
If its 2 weeks out there we need 5 weeks supplies. 2 weeks out, 1 week adventuring, 2 back and so forth. Thats a mule. Maybe two for the party, and maybe another carrying fodder, additional water etc. And you want to probably have some buffer in there too. Assuming we also want lots of spare arrows and stuff then thats another mule.
If its 3 weeks out, then its 7 weeks supplies per person. Hence the crap tonne of mules. Get enough mules and soon you have mules carrying the food for the mules who are carrying stuff.

Ok chaps.
We need to plan for expendibles.
I recommend something to beat DR. Adamandite blanch is best - I am planing on 3 doses minimum. Silver and Cold Iron as well.
This plague bearer is an evil outsider, so believe it or not a few vials of holy water and an oil of bless weapon isnt a bad idea if we screw up and it goes for us.
Oil of unholy weapon is also a good option - if we need to fight angels, it will work a treat.
Some anti toxins, and anti plagues, oil of protection from good/evil are also smart moves. Potion of Darkvision isn't a bad option either.
I figure we can all afford about 300-500 from our own budgets in expendibles. Lets not be stingy.
Anyone think of things that we need to be buying with the communal money? scrolls of Lesser restoration, scrolls of restoration (energy drain comes up now at this level of play) are all smart plays. Oil of daylight is a virtual must as deeper darkness can come into play too.

Wodin can beat Adamantine DR with his Stonestrirke, so he probably doesn't need the blanch for that. He'll definitely be willing to drop some gold on consumables, but his low Charisma and lack of UMD mean that he won't be able to use most of them. Wodin only has ~400 gold, but I'd be down for buying most of the mundane stuff.
A mule, a pack saddle, all that rope, food and water only comes out to about 90ish gold, which isn't a huge tax on his funds. And, as a bonus, it might make everyone trust and accept him into the knot a little more: he does have the other's interests in mind. LAWFUL evil, after all. :)

Hold onto your coins Wodin, we've got a slush fund for just such expenditures - one of the advantages of being in a lawful evil party. We may be bloodthirsty killers, but we keep good ledgers!
Johan is down to 12 charges I think on the party's wand of CLW so a fresh one might be in order. I'd also be behind the 2 scrolls of lesser restoration. The oil of daylight and restoration scroll seem expensive though.
