Cedric, are you sure you want to relocate to the sanctum? As was pointed out to me a while back, there is no teleporter in the sanctum. Its an over 500 ft staircase to get to and from the rest of the Horn! That's like 50 flights of stairs you have to climb!

Not sure on the Armor, I read it the other way, but yeah doesn't matter. Not worried enough to search the boards. So where we at the with the spiders. I would prefer these traps and what not be run off screen as if the party is meant to be a challenge for us I can't imagine these will pose any threat. It will just take up game time or posting time. That's just my opinion though and will go with whatever. Sorry I was away this weekend.

Can burning skeletons do their fire damage with touch attacks. You know just touch for 1d6 fire. Is so may be worth commanding them to do so as touching is usually way easier then hitting.

Good question. If there are any left standing by the time Sebastian gets to the room to command them it might be worth a try.

I think they also blow up - the blow up damage may be the thing that does the actual damage here.

Hoping the invisibility will let Eldred confirm this without the metagaming and we can whomp them together.

Knowing whether we did get around to shaping the entrance to the sanctum stairs is probably the most important thing. Without that they can't do much beyond killing minions and Sebastian at least will wait for the others.

Not sure I'm following you here. Wasn't the plan to stone shape an entrance to the hidden pillar-staircase at 2-20B? From 2-21 you'd have to punch a hole up through 550 ft of stone, then rig up a ladder or stair way.

If thats the best way to do it sure. I didn't realise one of the pillars was hollow. From the map it looks like its just off 2-21.

No he is simply stating he believes protecting any of the horn beside the ritual room is a waste of resources, and because it takes a few minutes to get prepared when or if there is an invasion we would have ample time if they were to climb through the whole structure.

All he knows about Sebastian is he is not here with us therefor he could be dead for all he knows.

Eldred is slipping off to one side so as to get in behind the party of adventurers when they give chase to the nightmare. Is it flying or clopping along with its ruddy great hoofs?

Looks like Cedric hasn't moved on the map for round one yet.

Grumble and the nightmare can reach the secret door to 2-2 at an all out run (fly spd 80-90 x4) and on round three burst into the temple to get their cautious casters from the rear.

Their front liners would see them whiz by the T-intersection on rnd two but when they come around the corner would see Johan and Cedric right there and would have to make a choice whether or not to pursue the flyers to their left( who they can't catch and disappeared through a secret door they didn't know was there) or standing to face the two angry dudes to their right.

A haste spell right about now would make this plan extra awesome (nudge, nudge)

OR

We could form ye ole wall of steel in the corridor with Grumble reaching over Johan and Cedric, and Agrippa and Sebastian behind him. Less fun but tried and true.

I think some vengeful god hates me.

I was safely driving back home, and then I needed to reduce my speed, because the guy ahead of my stepped on the brake.

It wasn't even a sudden brake from my part, but the guy behind me, maybe was talking on the phone or distracted, didn't saw me braking and hit me from behind, throwing me off my bike, at 50 miles per hour.
