"Shhhh! Harrow have new trick!" he says a little too loud, perhaps giving away his position.

Blood Drain (Ex) A gaki deals 1d2 Constitution damage to a foe it is grappling at the end of its turn.
Compulsive Hunger (Ex) Despite being undead, a gaki is plagued by an insatiable hunger, and believes it can gain
a normal body or rest in peace if it consumes the right mixture of flesh, food, and drink. A gaki that finds a corpse or is offered food, wine, holy water, or flowers must succeed at a DC 20 Will save or spend one turn trying to grab and consume it. Its narrow neck prevents it from swallowing more than a tiny amount, and it gives up after 1 round of attempting to do so. A gaki that consumes holy water in this way is not harmed by it.

Harrow looks over and is struck by a divine epiphany.
"This be Gaki! Not like cold or fire...or sun! Attack drain blood! Die like everything else!" Harrow says. If he were not invisible, his bravado would barely conceal his deep dislike for anything unliving.

Avril is powerless to stop the claw of the creature tearing into Cryxial, but she batters away the bite of the creature with her reinforced stirrups. She puts away the magical spear and instead gets out the her cold iron earthbreaker and swings it an overhead arch towards the creature.

Mareq stares at the thing attacking Cryxial. I wonder if Avril will bother to retaliate, or if she will simply be grateful for the punishment her thrall has received?
When Avril responds viciously, attacking the undead menace, Mareq shrugs. Perhaps her creature is not a thrall, but rather a reward to her by her gods. She certainly seems aggravated when Cryxial is injured.
"This be Gaki! Not like cold or fire...or sun! Attack drain blood! Die like everything else!"
Mareq begins to laugh. This thing has attacked the wrong people if it fears fire, he thinks.
"Strike, Shite-for-Brains!" he cries at Husarq.
He then positions himself perfectly for a burst of fire upon the undead thing, making sure he avoids hitting Avril and her (oddly) beloved mount.

You got him once, but I won't let you strike again. Avril thinks as she furiously fight to protect her mount.
She looks over at the other summoner in shock at the way he commands his eidolon into battle. How can he treat his eidolon like that? No one is worth that kind of treatment, certainly not a creature that offers all its time and energy to defend you and help you out.
Cryxial's deep rumbling thoughts echoes back into her mind. I'm sure ours is the better way. We got each other's back and protect each other, while they are lonely even when they are together.

"Ouch, the bite of that creature stung, it drank my blood! At least I managed to stop it from biting Cryxial as well. Now, where did that other creature go? Will it come back, or is the fight over for now?"
She looks around the room for any signs of danger, but when nothing happens for a while she pulls forth a wand. "Do you have any healing to spare for me and Cryxial, or should I use my wand?"
With two channelers I think we have more than enough healing and we are probably nearing the end anyway, but I understand if you want to save it.

On the bodies of the mangled Pathfinders, you find two masterwork rapiers and a scroll case containing a scroll of darkvision, a scroll of glitterdust, and a scroll of mirror image (CL 9), a scroll of dimension door and a scroll of enervation.
The Pathfinders’ armor is shredded beyond repair. Stacked behind the black curtain are several crates containing various spices and seasonings worth 100 gp. The Orb of Stars is lying on the floor in front of one of the crates, along with a bottle of nightmarish pigments. Nightmarish pigments function as marvelous pigments, except the items they create subtly bend, warp, and discolor, and they occasionally show reflections of horrific vistas or screaming maws. As a result, they cannot be mistaken for objects made of standard valuable materials like gold. One pot of nightmarish pigments is sufficient to create a 125-cubic-foot object by depicting it two-dimensionally over a 25-square-foot surface. The pigments can create a collection of mundane items whose value does not exceed 500 gp. One of the crates also contains a pouch of void dust (Pathfinder RPG Ultimate Equipment 324).
Beyond the door (red arrow) a yawning pit full of crackling back energy fills the southwest corner of this otherwise empty chamber.

He glances at the others, wondering if they've noticed the gear.
Husarq looks beyond the door and gestures his master over. "Master, something here for you."
Mareq walks over, angered at his foolish thrall for distracting him from the loot. Then he sees the pit of energy in the empty chamber.
Hmmm, he thinks.

Looking at the yawning pit of crackling black energy, the party realizes that shis shaft connects to the next level of the tomb! Its entire length is infused with negative energy. Living creatures that touch the crackling black energy take increasing amounts of negative energy damage each round that they remain in contact with it (1d6 the first round, 2d6 the second, 3d6 the third round, and so on).

"Oh, could the void dust be used to deal with this?"
"I believe the void dust renders force effects null and... void," says Mareq, completely deadpan. He looks at Husarq out of the corner of his eye.
"Ha. Ha. You are very witty, Oh My Master," the efreeti rumbles dutifully.
"Anyways, this appears to be a energy effect, similar to the Negative Energy Plane," says the ifrit confidently. "Perhaps even sourced from that black place itself."
