Markus leads the others to edge of the collapsed decking. He figures he can hug the port wall and make it around the hazard, and be able to get to the hallway on the other side. He figures he can tie a rope or two to the other side to assist the others.
Anyone wishing to cross to the other side needs to make an Acro DC 15 to hug the port side. If a rope is tied to other side (mast) the Acro check is 10.

What is everyone else going to do?
Markus nearly slips into the hole but he catches himself at the last moment. with and iron grip his fingers find a nook in the port wall to dig into. After he finally manages to get tot he other side he sees a mast and ties off his rope then tosses it to the other side.
Markus you are standing near a mast and that is where you can secure a rope.
There are two doors on either side of the hallway, and at the end of the all the door has been ripped from it's hinges.
everyone can make perception check.

RD 1: Brine Zombies
Four creatures appear as a rotting humanoid dressed in tattered and ragged clothing. Their semi-bloated body glistens from the slimy mixture of water and seaweed that hangs from its form. Their rotting flesh is blue-green in color. No semblance of life burns in its eyes. They slowly shuffle closer to doorway.

Pretty sure Marcus and Dinetta can stand side by side, effectively forming a choke point.
Dinetta steps next to the monk, drawing a dagger as she does so, and then slashes at the zombie
Knowledge(religion): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
Attack-dagger: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22
Damage: 1d3 ⇒ 3
Although small, the dagger rips a slash across the undead's midsection.

Revhi |

Knowledge (religion): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Profession (sailor): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17
Revhi takes out her holy symbol and holds it aloft. "Be returned to Davy Jone's locker you abominations!" A blast of energy flies out and strikes the undead! Then a copy of Revhi appears next to her, mimicking her actions.
Channel Damage: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 2) = 9
DC 15 will save for half damage. Also activating my copycat ability as a move action to give me a single mirror image.

Save from channel:
BZ1: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17

BZ2: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
9 damage
BZ3: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
9 damage
BZ4: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
4 damage
Markus, yes the circular item behind you is the mast, it provides cover of -4 ranged attack. It's not a complex battle standing firm at or near the doorway provides a descent defensive position. Especially with dinetta next to you.
Revhi channels his positive energy damaging each of the zombies, some more than others. Markus hits the closest zombie but his hands don't do as much damage as he would expect (10 HP). Although between the blunt trauma and the positive energy the creature is quite haggard looking. Dinetta uses her dagger as slashing weapon and rips a gash in the zombie in front of her (3 HP).
*Jean and Davkas have RD 1 actions remaining

Jean you are on theother side of the fallen in floor ad quite a distance form the zombies. You do however have four dire rats about to attack you. that bing said, I'll adjust you attack to go after one fo the dire rats.
Jean draws his sword and slashes the nearest rat, slicing it open form neck to tail.
I'll move you on the map T:17, in front of the capt

Captain Colthyn Riggs |

RD2: Capt Riggs
It's the perfect time. With a grimace and a slight bit of hesitation, the capt flexes his gloved hands and his head throbs.
"I've got Davkas backside Jean. Finish the right flanked creatures." With that he steps to R;17, hesitates till a rat flanks, then thrusts his blade into Davkas.
Jean you can make perception check DC 14 and you notice what the Captain does behind you.

RD 2: brine zombies
The two zombies closest to Dinetta and Markus attack, while the other two shuffle a bit closer to fill the gaps.
it dawns on those fighting the zombies that these are quite unusual, each has a short sword looking blade surgically attached to one arm.

Negative Channel Damage: 2d6 ⇒ (5, 5) = 10
DC 15 will for half damage. Moving over to about 19 and excluding the party members with selective channeling. Hopefully that helps burst all the rats down so we can focus on the captain.
