Euphemia di Nereis |

Euphemia shakes a little and moves closer to her crowd of allies as the wasps drift to the thief at the back of the line. She glares viciously at the thief which had seemed aimed to attack Gerard directly, willing his fortune to come to naught (the thief, not Gerard, despite some ambiguity).
Evil Eye hex on E7 (-4 penalty to attack rolls, DC 20 Will to negate) as the swarm drifts towards I12 at a fly speed of 40.

I posted my action. I hit 20 AC and cleaved both the theif/dog. May may not have hit their AC. Low rolls. I would have charged the casting theif earlier but would have got caught in the WEB

I did not see that you went back and added the attack roll to yoru reflex save. You did hit but I have question about cleave,
Cleave (Combat)
You can strike two adjacent foes with a single swing.
Prerequisites: Str 13, Power Attack, base attack bonus +1.
Benefit: As a standard action, you can make a single attack at your full base attack bonus against a foe within reach. If you hit, you deal damage normally and can make an additional attack (using your full base attack bonus) against a foe that is adjacent to the first and also within reach. You can only make one additional attack per round with this feat. When you use this feat, you take a –2 penalty to your Armor Class until your next turn.
I've always read this as the foes need to be adjacent to each other in this case there is a 5 ft space between the foes although each is withing your reach.
Edit: I think you mean the thief and the summoned leopard which would be adjacent and both would hit. The thief is dead and the leopard would be destroyed with that scenario.

RD 3:
The confused WH rolls:
1d100 ⇒ 22
Acts normally and waits for the other WH to move to D8.
Daniel you get an AOO on the WH that moved to D8
WH, confused: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23;damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
take the +2 to hit off if there is not flanking.
WH, D8: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 6 + 2 = 13;damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Daniel Arrisen |

AOO on WH in D81d20 + 15 + 2 + 2 - 3 ⇒ (10) + 15 + 2 + 2 - 3 = 26
2 handed PA Inspire, DF1d8 + 1 + 6 + 2 + 2 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 1 + 6 + 2 + 2 + 9 = 25
Daniel attempts to make the animal pay for attacking his allies.

RD 4:
The confused thief rolls,
1d100 ⇒ 74
He stabs himself
1d8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
The thief in the swarm doesn't have a weapon that will really effect the wasps.
The thief in E7 moves to E8 and attacks daniel.
rapier: 1d20 + 11 - 4 ⇒ (8) + 11 - 4 = 15;damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
The two remaining thieves flee at their top speed down the path in the opposite direction.

Lucrezia Villanova |

Lucrezia fires her bow at the fleeing thieves.
attack 1 1d20 + 14 - 2 ⇒ (10) + 14 - 2 = 22 +2 if thief is human
damage 1 1d8 + 6 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 6 + 1 + 4 = 17 +2 if thief is human
attack 2 1d20 + 14 - 2 ⇒ (15) + 14 - 2 = 27 +2 if thief is human
damage 2 1d8 + 6 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 6 + 1 + 4 = 12 +2 if thief is human

Only one was on difficult terrain, they ran down the trail. You don't know what happening Gerard from your POV. You can run to try to catch up but beware getting separated from the party.
Longstrider give you +10 to base speed, featherstep lets you ignore the adverse movement in difficult terrain.

Daniel Arrisen |

With only 1 theif remaining Daniel decides they better attempt some interrogation.
He uses a swift action for the feat that lets you do non lethal damage at no penalty (sorry guys with family, forgot the name)
He attempts to trip his opponent
Improved Trip Inspired, Divine Favor 1d20 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 15 ⇒ (16) + 2 + 2 + 2 + 15 = 37
KNOCKING his foe prone.
Then coming down with the Flat of the blade to try to subdue him
1d20 + 10 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 10 + 2 + 2 = 27
Non lethal 1d8 + 1 + 6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 1 + 6 + 2 + 2 = 16
Take him alive!

Gerard Nisroc |

Based on DM comments with respect to Gerard's POV, and the fact that no one communicated the thieves were fleeing. Gerard would not have known there was anything to do.
After coming to understand where the now present swarm of wasps came from, Gerard merely asks the witch...
Do you kiss your mother with that mouth?
