Orsin reels from the fiery blast. He uses a move action to reactivate his inspire courage performance. "You want FIRE?!" he barks, and casts blistering invective, catching every enemy on the map, except for the thieves at K3, J7, and I12.

Reflex DC 16 prevents the enemies from catching fire, but successfully demoralized enemies take the 7 fire damage.
