This is Council of Thieves AP. Westcrown, City of Twilight, once was the center of Aroden's faith, but now it symbolizes despair. By day, the city remains a vibrant center of trade; but, by night only those with a death wish venture out.

The thief in G7 glances strangely at his ally then moves to F,8 forward attack Gerard.

A leopard appears in F11 out of thin air and attacks Gerard. summoned last round.

There is fiery crash that is centered behind the PC's it catches: Orsin, Dogtongue, Daniel, Andrea and Euphemia.

There is quicken magic missle that shots out and strikes Daniel.
3d4 + 3 ⇒ (3, 3, 2) + 3 = 11

The last rogue moves up to J 7 since he can not see through the web.

Orsin ends his performance as an immediate action and uses saving finale to grant himself another roll.

Orsin reels from the fiery blast. He uses a move action to reactivate his inspire courage performance. "You want FIRE?!" he barks, and casts blistering invective, catching every enemy on the map, except for the thieves at K3, J7, and I12.

Intimidate: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (8) + 16 = 24

Fire Damage: 1d10 ⇒ 7

Reflex DC 16 prevents the enemies from catching fire, but successfully demoralized enemies take the 7 fire damage.

Saving the big guns for later, since I only have scrolls of the big battlefield spells...

If Lucrezia can see the source of the magic missiles, she will shoot her arrows at him, if not she pick and ogre for a second choice and then if a thief if no ogres.

When you actively look for something that is move action. Most perception checks are reactionary but rule changes when you actively seek something out.

Your not certain, just that it came from the back towards the same side of the path that you are on.

Killjoy here, if she hit the Ogre in the Web... there is Concelment or Total Concealment, depending on how much webbing between Luc & Ogre.

Sensing the flre burst, its radius expanding towards him... Gerard contorts to avoid the licking flames. The acrobat manages to jump over the plane of fire... landing on his feet, unscathed.

There is not five or 20 foot of web between Lucrezia and Ogre. the ogre is at the very edge of being caught.

That is why the thief archer did not attack he could not see because of the web.

How could he, with those moves!?

Gerard takes a 5ft step back towards Orsin, and tries to determine which direction the fireball could have come from. As he does, he drinks a potion.

Perception, fireball from where?: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (6) + 13 = 19
CMW, potion: 2d8 + 3 ⇒ (8, 5) + 3 = 16

Ends @ D8.

Gerard featherstep permits him to the the 5 ft step, he focuses his move action on his perception hunting down the caster but he is not sure where it came from after-the-fact.

Note there is a tree trunk under the leaves in E 9 that blocks the path, you have to go around the trunk.

The thief in E7 will attack Gerard.

The thief in J7 moves to J 5.

* Confirming Crit on Daniel:

The freed thief in the web blindly fires his bow

longbow: 1d20 + 11 - 5 ⇒ (15) + 11 - 5 = 21;damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

but misses.

The last thief puts another fireball out:

in the same location as before:

FB: 6d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 6, 6, 3, 5) = 31
Save DC reflex for half damage 17

It catches everyone (not lucrezia or the swarm) including one thief.
