I think the double line up of actions has stumped us here about who's turn it is and who is able to act. This is init with actions declared so far, and below is our declared line up for the ladder.
Murray is not taking an action. Jod and I are done. Anyone else on delay can take an action now to yank Murray off the ladder so that we get down to business.

Le' sigh... Mulluq will let his temper get the best of him in occasions such as these.

Seeing the man refuse to remove himself as a blockade for the others, Mulluq's temper seethes. "Your inactivity could very well cause grevious injury to one of the few men here willing to stand up for you and your cowardice in the face of danger. I will not permit you to stand in the way of us offering aid to our comrade, or vanquishing the demons above back to the Abyss where they belong!"

With that, he very purposefully replaces his sword in it's scabbard, and reaches up to the man's collar, attempting to drag him fully off the ladder and out of the way.

Well, her plan isn't so much to stay below. But to cover the back, she doesn't like the idea of being attacked from both sides with the weaker party members taking an unexpected hit.

LOL, or Camlo's, oh no, that would mean she was hiding behind something. To be honest, she wasn't expecting to be attacked here, or to end up being Murry's babysitter. Something will give, but after everyone is "safely" up the ladder!

I was a little uncertain about leaving Kira alone with Murray. I don't see how she's going to force him up the ladder. Not that Hannik would be much help getting him up there, but he'll probably make a break for it given the chance. Who cares about Murray really, but he knows where our unguarded loot pile is! ;)
I'm gonna just move on though rather than hold things up to work that out.

Hannik looks back and forth between Murray and Kira uncertainly then finally shrugs and begins scrambling up the ladder.

Up above the eagle wheels around and beats its wings furiously charging at the oncoming demons.

If I were up there to direct it, I might have the eagle fly to the back and attack D3. It is on its own though and has Int 2 so I figure it will just attack the nearest threat.

Mulluq gives the recently dragged mongrelman a look of warning, before he puts away his shield in preparation of ascending the ladder. He will need one hand free in case he needs to draw his weapon. As soon as he stows his shield, he hurries over to the ladder and begins to make his way up it.

Hannik watches the eagle's demise with frustration and follows up with another summoning. A silver furred mutt appears behind the lead dretch and lunges at its heel.

Unlikely to do any damage or live long, but flanking bonus is about the most useful thing I can think to do here.
