Moving further in, Camlo and Dravite find to one side a deep pit hewn from hard stone descending into soot and darkness. The stale reek of decay wafts up from the depths below. The corridor bends and continues on, and the grumbling voices of ogres can be heard ahead.

How wide is the path? Is there a door, or tunnel mouth? Are they saying anything interesting (I think Dravite would understand them).
Ogre Perception check 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
"Nothing but the usual ogre s%!%e," whispers Dravite in reply. He pats his bow. "Shall we?"
The passage is quite large - big enough for agores anyway, about fifteen to twent feet wide. There's no door, it's just a passage in a cave.

Just wondering if we could grab the others to charge in and make a bottle neck?
Male Halfling Rogue/11 AC:26 HP: 92{92}
Perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (18) + 15 = 33
Any idea how many there are?
OK, it's down to Camlo and Dravite.
Male Halfling Rogue/11 AC:26 HP: 92{92}
"Wait here"
Camlo will move forward and see if he can get to a point where he can see them. The basic plan is to shoot at one, to draw them out, then leg it back to the cave entrance to the others, and deal with them there. Any objections?
Stealth: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (5) + 25 = 30
Camlo creeps forward and round the corner. He spots the three ogres idly arguing with eachother, but they don't see him. He sees that they occupy a junction in the caves - three more passages branch off into the darkness.
Male Halfling Rogue/11 AC:26 HP: 92{92}
Ok, Fire and run. Fire in surprise round, run in the first normal round?
OK, but you need to roll initiative.
And an attack roll, of course...
Male Halfling Rogue/11 AC:26 HP: 92{92}
Camlo Init: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21

Dravite will remain where he is, ready an action to do the same as Camlo, fire and run when the first one comes into view.
Dravite Atk: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 16 DMG: 1d8 + 8 + 2d6 ⇒ (7) + 8 + (3, 6) = 24

Using manyshot.
I'll have to knock up a map. Watch this space.

Map.
Hopefully self-explanatory. The ogres are mooching about when Camlo fires - Camlo needs to place himself on the map at a point where he can fire. He also needs to place Dravite at a suitable spot too for when he fires. Everyone else, please place yuorselves in the entrance at the top of the map.
Everyone, if you haven't done so already, roll initiative.
We start at the point where Camlo fires in the surprise round.
Ogre initiatives
O1 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (10) - 1 = 9
O2 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (17) - 1 = 16
O3 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (10) - 1 = 9
The ogre howls as Camlo puts his dart into him.

"Nice. Get ready."

Sefayll continues her concentration on the ogres' thoughts, hoping to give a warning if one is necessary. The sudden flash of pain gives her a start as the rogue's dart finds giant flesh. Quite unnecessarily, she says, "They're coming."

"Incoming!"
Dravite will ready an action to fire, then move as soon as he sees an ogre.
One of the ogres yells and charges after Camlo.
If you speak Giant:
As it rounds the corner Dravite shoots, but the arrow pings off the rock by the ogre's head.
Taking the first roll above - you can't ready a full attack. No need to adjust the initiative.

Continuing her concentration, Sefayll loads her crossbow. "It won't be much longer. One pursues the halfling, two are still trying to figure out what happened."

Wasn't sure if multi-shot *was* a full attack, or if it was just on any bow shot.

It's a bit confusing because I think in 3e it used to be a standard action, but I checked in the Core Rulebook and it says "as part of a full round action". Anyway it's a bit moot since both of Dravite's attacks would have missed.
Male Human (Shoanti) Cleric 11
To recap - I cast Bull's Strength on myself and Protection from evil on Hudak and Dravite as we entered the cave. They both get +2 on their AC.
Alwyn moves towards the gargantuan statue while muttering a quick benediction.
Move to N10 before casting Shield of faith on myself.
Hudak.

There is a thud from further back down the tunnel. A second ogre appears next to the first.
Ogre 1 bleeds out.

If it charges, it should stop at hudak, camlo can then get behind it and flank.... Or something
Dravite will use a full attack to pump arrows into ogre 2

OK, where's the sneak attack damage coming from? You weren't hidden and they aren't flat-footed as I can tell.

Camlo's dart sticks in the ogre's shoulder and Dravite's arrow takes it in the belly. But it staggers on, swinging its club at the dwarf.

Well, it sort of was, but that bottle neck is too good to not use. Will make a bit more sense when Camlo is on the other side of them sneak attacking...

Camlo drops his cross bow and pulls his rapier as he moves attempting to get behind the ogre.
O18 is as far as I can get this time, so not quite flanking?

Between them, Dravite and Camlo take down the last ogre.
Perception checks, please.
