Just to be clear, this doesn't work by RAW since a pair of boots is not an outfit.
It's fine though, the boots are kinda necessary for you at this stage.
Upon further reflection i have decided the Dress is also a Mnemonic Vestment.. How much more should a fancy version of such an Item cost? I have about 3K in reserve along with the above mentioned left over.
I also ask that while Shiftweave does not exist and the Armor Enchant is the only thing similar would it be possible to add a fabric changing/form changing magic to said item at a later time?
I'd say a fancy Vestment would cost no more than the price of the dress itself added on.
As for form changing, an extra 300 gp. 200*1.5 for Sleeves of Many Garments.

Yes, but you have to trade one of your existing Disciplines for it.

Hrmmmmmm, that's good. Golden lion and broken Blade don't really fit what Darius does anyway.

For those interested, over the last 70 d20 rolls I (Sledge) have made that appeared in a search, my average has been 9.72857, which has a Z-Score of -1.119306. The likelihood of getting a value that bad or worse is 13.15047%.
The most common values were "4" and "7", together making up roughly 24% of all rolls. Only 1 "20" occurred, whereas 4 "1"s occurred.
In conclusion, never lucky rubber ducky.
Indeed, rolling that low is pretty below normal. Though there was little guarantee of the +8's hitting without a higher roll statistically you should have gotten one perhaps.
Now the kicker here is that since you use Snake style so much it kinda screwed you this turn and you couldn't get Blind Fight. But I dont think you hit anyway.
Don't worry, you're due for a stream of good rolls at some point in the future. Because that's how chance works!
So apparently my sheet short me some skillpoints So I had to go through and adjust it. Nothing Big but it would have made a difference on Spellcraft and some Knowledge rolls.
In mechanical terms, Tuyena: A 9th level spell, somehow harnessing mythic Power to Augment it.
Basically, not likely available until the post-game, but I do have plans to continue this after the AP's conclusion if everyone is still interested (and alive) then.
Darius' soul is pretty tethered to this plane if anything out of spite.
