In the interest of keeping things moving I'm making an assumption about people in one of the rooms we haven't been in yet. Is there anyone else in the bedroom I'm coming through? Hope not but if so, then I'll have to retcon.
Sakitu moves to the side door of the room they just broke into. She opens the door that leads to a bedroom then opens that room's door into the main area. One of the kidnappers stands only a few feet away and she blasts him with a ray of frost. As soon as she finishes the attack she ducks behind the door frame in hopes that it will offer her some protection.

Yes, sorry for the confusion. I was planning on going thru the western door of the room I was in...and then thru the southern door of the next room, going past Sakitu into the final square...thought I'd have the one acrobatics check as I'd pass thru the square NW of the yellow dude. I just marked it with a green line...will that not work?

Ibona looks at the window that Bulvi climbed thru and thinks that her best chance to help Bulvi, which is what she said she was going to do, is to climb thru the window and attack GREEN.
Since neither condition was met for what I planned to do (staying put), well this is the only option truly available to Ibona, especially if Bulvi moves away from the window she needs to be in the room....

As the enemy's blade buries itself in her lung, Quasit's eyes go wide and she stiffens and sucks in air reflexively. The sensation was strange... it didn't hurt exactly, it just felt... wrong. The skin of her back tingles and a wave of nausea rolls through her. She could feel the metal blocking the flow of air inside her --she could FEEL it. And she could feel the blade slipping out past her ribs, leaving a gap that felt huge, and a strange anxiety fills her. For a moment, a part of her mind was telling her 'This is bad. This is really bad.', and she has to tell that part of her mind to shut up and stick to business.
No more smart remarks now... it seemed like these men were coming at her from all directions, they seemed endless. But there was no running now... just desperation. It hardens her, focuses her. Even as she could feel the blood gushing down her torso and soaking her clothes, her mind sharpens in time to the first real sting of pain, and time moves more slowly.
She pivots and stabs, driving the blade toward the belly of the man who'd just stabbed her, then takes a step back, holding her other attacker at bay, turned sideways to him like a fencer...
Using Combat Expertise to raise AC to 18, then attacking Purple at -1, then taking a 5 foot step back

Sakitu steps straight back from the open door but keeps the man in sight. She thrusts her hand forward and a magic missile shoots forward. A tiny bolt of magical energy splashes on the man's chest. As soon at the missile leaves her hand she flips her shortbow from her back and gets ready to shoot it.

As her enemy's blade plunges into her, Quasit lets out a squeak of alarm, then slumps to her knees. Her lips move, but instead of speech emerging, the blood gushing up from her punctured lung bubbles from her mouth and nose. Her eyes roll back and she falls forward onto her face, unconscious.

The first tap of the wand elicits a groan from Quasit as she returns to consciousness. She leaves her eyes closed, and makes a beckoning sign toward Findurel.
"Keep 'em coming,"she says in a scratchy voice.
As the healing continues to wash over her, knitting her wounds and clearing her bleeding, she continues to lay on the ground with her eyes closed.
"I'm just going to lay here for a bit if that's ok," she says stiffly, then sighs heavily and almost immediately opens her eyes as if something has only just occurred to her. She props herself up on her elbows and looks around at the group.
"Is everyone ok?" she asks, a bit shyly. She looks around and does a quick head count, then glances around at the pile of corpses. Then she slumps back to the ground and pushes her hair back up off her brow, then holds her head, shaking it slightly. "I blew it again," she say almost matter-of-factly, seemingly to herself. "The door was unlocked, but I never checked to see if it was barred. And they were flippin' waiting for us. We're lucky I didn't get us all killed. Cayden's ass! What is wrong with me?"
She looks over at Bulvi. "I'm sorry Bull. I didn't mean to leave you with your pants down out there."
"I don't suppose anyone has spotted a damsel in distress yet, have they? Besides me, I mean."

Shrugging, Ibona sheathes her weapon and puts the wand away. Breaking out the journal once again, she begins to go throughout the area documenting and recording, as usual.

Bulvi sheaths his blade and smiles down at her. His hand will be offered whenever she decides to start getting ready to stand. "I know you didn't. I amn't a half orc stable boy!" He gives her a wink.
"You're alroght now thats the important thing. I knew an old man who used to say there is nothing wrong with making a mistake, its repeating it that you should avoid. I try to remember that... but I am still annoyed whenever I get stabbed."
Bulvi looks up at the rest of the group. "We should check this place over and lets not forget hidden compartments. If we have to stop somewhere to rest soon this will be netter than tents. Keep an eye out for food to spare our current provisions. If you want a bit more time before joining in on that Quasit take a little more time to imagine me with cute little tusks and green skin." Bulvi waggled his eyebrows at her teasingly.

Quasit laugh-snorts through her nose as she gets up. She pops Bulvi in the arm. "It won't work unless you get me drunk first, you cad." She takes a deep breath, musses her hair a bit to get herself thinking straight again, then begins looking over the new bloody holes in her clothing and armor. She clicks her tongue in disappointment to see what a mess she is.
"Oh, and guys, don't forget there might still be an evil cleric running around here somewhere."
She returns to the room where she came in through the window, and evaluates the chest Findurel had pointed out to her before the fight.

After checking it for traps, if the chest looks clean, she opens it.

"I don't want to lose you. Like we lost Yu." Tears start to well up in her eyes but she gets herself under control before they spill over.
She follows Quasit to the side room to help in searching.

Quasit chuckles in surprise at Sakitu's enthusiasm, and returns the hug, patting the kitsune's back soothingly. "Hey, whoa, down girl!"she coos, scritching the fox lady behind the ears. "I'm fine. We're all fine. I've got too many stupids things to do and too many important things to mess up before Pharasma takes my sorry butt off to the Boneyard. I just like to make it look scary to curry sympathy from you guys."
In spite of the light words, it's clear from the slight hitch in her voice that Quasit is touched by the display.

the Chest there is locked, and not able to locate the key, after the fighting, you hear the back door open and close and what sounds like someone leaving.
and in one of the other rooms, there is another locked chest as well with no key around

Upon hearing someone leave, Fin will rush to the back and see if he can see who might be leaving through one of the rear windows...

Bulvi |

With his shoulders sagging Bulvi starts moving towards the back of the building sword and shield in hand as the foe might be setting up an ambush. "They might try leading us into an ambush or secondary point, don't assume we've got the advantage of numbers. Keep your guard up and if something looks off we can always break off pursuit."
