You may post out of turn, but you will not actually act until your init turn. Usually I like to allow people to go out of order but this is a legal mod so I dont think I can do that.

The first thing that happens is one of the eyes that is cracking with energy flashes and a bolt of pure cold launches out as it moves free action before you ask :)

Then it arrives and swings its claw at Vars in a cleaving attack

then after the claw slams into Vars flesh with a sickening crunch, bits of ice flaking off the claw swings into Tallak

Planes check: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Mr McKeener activates his Ring of Blinking whilst running down the hall. I think that is same as casting a spell, so will arrive late, like the other spell casters. Since he was already calling square-dance moves (singing) as he ran down the hall, Duh will simply engage some magic (Inspire Courage as a Standard action) into his performance (+1 to hit and damage for all who can hear him) right when he sees the big spider:
...smack that spider in the eyes! listen for that spider's cries!
then, duh will provoke an attack of opportunity (his only protection being the 50% miss chance from the Blinking) as he moves through the room to stand over the fallen body (hoping to protect it), pulling his falchion as he moves.
In the unlikely case a 20 is rolled on the Planes check (and 22 is high enough to glean info), Duhwoo will call out any special defenses the Spider is known for.

Just a heads up Mini, it seems Vars FF AC is 38 so the attack will miss him.. When using cleave you have to hit to get the 2nd attack, so no hit on Tallak either.. May be wrong here but pretty sure thats how it works.. Oh and i cant move my image..
