I can only ask this here, because I don't think you explained that you lost your heightened sense of smell to anyone.

No, the illusion is the old Cladissa. I have the Disguise Hex now, which is just disguise self on a longer duration. So when she said it's an illusion, she was talking about looking like she's changed back.
And her Umbral Unmasking disadvantage keeps her demonic shadow no matter what illusion she brings up.

EDIT Then, why wouldn't your disguise self include clothes? I think that's called exhibitionism, right?
You're right, it probably would be able to include clothes. But I'm playing that as being her first use of the hex (to approximate the succubus' alter self ability). So her main focus was on looking like her old self. She'll be able to refine it further.
Also, it looks like from the description, the sleeves require an existing set of clothes. So maybe she did make some illusory clothes after all!
I guess that's why Hrim always wore his old explorer's outfit. Can't remember everything, I guess. ;D

So random question, but is it normal to get a full attack against a target as well as maintain the grapple on it?
If you have grab and you take a full attack action, then successfully grapple, then take a -2 to your attacks after the successful grapple, yes.
