I will start in the cavern as the close check is don't roll a 1 (at least until I start using mythic charges
(also the left hand column of my deck handler appear to have developed some blind spots had an awful draw and certain typed in cards were not being spotted by the draw next card feature)

There are only boons left at the Marketplace (2 Weapons, 1 Spell, 1 Item, 2 Allies), and being greedy worked out last scenario. Plus the scenario rule means that can explore through boons twice as quickly.
On the other hand, we have to close all locations this scenario, so time might be tighter.
Any opinions on whether I close the Marketplace or leave it open?

Yup. And for everyone- just remember you don't have to try to acquire a boon. If you find a basic item then maybe it's best to not attempt to acquire it so you don't banish a AD3 boon. Just one thing to consider.

I think the spell 2 would help Amaryllis or Nyctessa more than it would help Uliah, so instead I'm going to grab an Item B and swap out my Blood Periapt to replace with War Drum:

I'm wondering if we use start of turn explores to shift monsters away from the abbatoir until we find the henchman. Ramexes may well take the black robe this time
Will start at the sanctum if I draw the black robe I will stay there otherwise I will head for thte cathedral of chaos
If we do find weapons it may be best they get sent to the cathedral Hmm scenario rules are going to mess with our heads a bit on this one I think
If a lot of monsters are going to get shuffled my way I might actually take Orporal

I see. I can also Augury for monster on turn 1 and put at least 2 of those monsters at the bottom of my starting location. If someone else goes before me, then make sure to move at least 1 of the monster to the Cathedral of Chaos so that I can put them all at the bottom of the location.

ooh put the first two on the cathedral then the augury puts 3 at the bottom and shuffles the fourth. After that put further monsters on sanctum and Ramexes will keep fighting his way through until we draw a corrupted card and keep abadar and find traps handy for henchmen

4. If you encounter the villain at the abyssal rift and all other locations are permanently closed or temp closed, the only way to win the game would be if the abyssal rift is already on the "always temp closed" side. If it is on the "always temp closed" side and you defeated the villain--you'd win. If it is on the "always open" side then the villain could escape to the abyssal plane and you'd have to try to encounter the villain again...when the location is "always temp closed"
This might be relevant after we defeat the first villain and then the second villain is needing to be both defeated+cornered.

If all goes right, I should be able to give out 4 mythic counters: (using Blessing of the Gods to copy Blessing of Ascension to gain an additional counter)
1 for recharging Good Omen after using to help Uliah tempclose Dark Forest
1 for Arcane check to use Swipe vs Blood Demon
1 for Combat vs Blood Demon
1 for recharging Swipe

Here are my thoughts:
Amaryllis only has 1 attack spell in hand. Ramexes only has 1 weapon. So, whoever takes on the Blood Demon would be ill-equipped to handle 1 of the 2 villain checks.
So, I think one of us has to barehand the Blood Demon. And so then it's a question of which is better: Amaryllis's reroll or Ramexes's skill feats. I'll try to run the math. (With Amaryllis, there's also a 75% chance failing against the Blood Demon won't matter, because of Mirror Image.)
Then, Ramexes takes 1 villain check, and Amaryllis the other. (Again, would need to run math to see who should do which.)
Also, I'm *not* using Good Omen for the Dark Forest tempclose. With two chances, and now the Almanac, I'd rather save the card for a reroll.

I forgot, post-mythic role WotR; math doesn't really matter any more.
Amaryllis vs Blood Demon, using Uliah's Blessing of Shax, 1 mythic counter, possible reroll: 91%. Including Mirror Image, 98% to succeed or take no damage.
Ramexes vs Blood Demon, using Uliah's Blessing of Shax, 1 mythic counter, recharge Cure, 1 mythic counter: 98%
Versus the villain:
Amaryllis has spell, -3 to difficulty, Apprentice, all remaining mythic counters. + blessing from Nyctessa: 99+%
Ramexes has weapon, Captain Oparal, all remaining mythic counters. + blessing from Nyctessa: 99+%
In conclusion, I don't think it significantly matters?
I'm going to sleep on it, so if anyone (especially Ramexes!) has any thoughts, please do speak up!
But I'm inclined to do Amaryllis unarmed Blood Demon -> pass counter to Ramexes Villain #1 -> pass counter to Amaryllis Villain #2, for slightly more optimal mythic counter distribution.

For my skill feat, I will nab my final STR feat (+3).
For deck upgrades. I would really, really like to get that Ally 4. Regardless of which ally I choose, being able to give someone +4 to any check is pretty powerful (because of Uliah's power).
I will check-off one of my BR rewards to gain an extra deck upgrade for this mission, and would like to get one of the Spell 3, or a spell 4 if no one else wants it.

Scenario says to treat them as separate locations, so I think you'd still get to close if only 1 half is empty. Also Grinder location wouldn't share the same status so one location could be the "good" side while the other is the "bad" side.

Actually, I think I'm going to forfeit the bonus Blessing upgrade. I think I want to hold on to 1 Blessing of the Gods in order to reset mythic counters by copying a Blessing of Ascension. And I'd rather have more easily recharged blessings than an extra INT dice.
I'm drawing my opening hand as if Nyctessa is taking Transmogrify, but in case not, I'll be swapping Good Omen for it.
Amaryllis is going to start at a Harvester Pit, but will try to tackle Locust Shrine as soon as she finds her Boots of Elvenkind (and ideally Scrying).
