↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of 4-11 business days or longer, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

New AP subscriber here.
I have Giants 1 Pending (has been for weeks).
Giants 2 is listed as shipping early April.
I've only ordered from Paizo.com once or twice before, and it strikes me that you guys have like a full month of pending before an order is actually placed/shipped.
Is that usual?
Will Giants 1 ship WITH Giants 2?

When did you start your subscription? Part 1 originally shipped in February, and there was no AP shipment in March. So if you started your subscription in March, they are probably waiting to ship #1 with #2, because of how your shipping options are set up.
If you want official word, and/or more clarification, I would suggest inquiring in a brand new thread in the Customer Service board. The trend seems to be to put your order # as the thread title.

Hello Pollution,
It looks like when you started the subscription the shipping was set to send Adventure Path 91 out along with Adventure Path 92. That is what it has been waiting for. I can get it sent out for you right away if you prefer, otherwise it will go out along with 92 when we start shipping Aprils subscriptions.
The usual process for subscriptions is that we begin running authorizations near the end of the week earlier in the month. With April we are expecting to start this on Thursday, April 9. This generates the subscription orders and pulls items out of the sidecart (where your Adventure Path 91 currently is) to send out along with the subscriptions. It also pings your card to verify that the card is valid and the funds are there so that any issues can be sorted out before shipping starts. Most banks will put a hold on the funds when this happens, which can look like a pending transaction on your end, but we don't finalize any charges until the order ships out.
The following week we begin shipping the orders. This month we expect that to start on Monday, April 13. Once your order leaves the warehouse the PDF will be granted to your account. We usually allow up to two weeks to get all of the orders shipped. So this month we expect to be done around Friday, April 24.

Waiting is fine. That makes sense, really. I figured that was what was going on.
My perception is kind of bonked when it comes to Paizo shipping. I ordered some items a few years ago and it took 6 weeks to ship (I think it was out of stock or something).
Again, not a complaint, Just looking to clear it up.

We're likely going to push the auth back until tomorrow. I'll adjust it in the system later this afternoon when we have a better understanding of what's going on. (Something with certain preorders not moving into orders correctly from the sidecart).

Yeah, it is just the authorization, we are all ... ready to receive our pdfs, but unless we find a way to lace the pizzas and pizza delivery personal with excessive amounts of energy drinks... it is rather unlikely that people will receive their PDFs before the weekend.
Of course, I could be dead wrong, and everybody who has received their authorization email will receive their PDF before closing time today... .. ... I mean it is not like those terrible people would not feel obligated to answer questions.

Since the authorization had already completed when you placed the order, it set the book to ship out along with your next subscription. I have set it to ship out to you right away. You should be receiving an email confirmation. Once the book leaves the warehouse you will get access to the PDF.

The warehouse did start shipping yesterday but it was pretty late in the day. They are going full speed today.
