{hurriedly begins new chapter in the Paizmarillion} "With that utterance, the Empyreal Lord Mikaze, having been thwarted once too often in his pursuit of racial harmony, begins his Fall to Eevill®. And lo, Cosmodeus did laugh to shake the Nine Hells."

So what you're saying is that dozens of Paizocon attendees should not show up all at once looking like this guy.

Now I can't shake the image of James' arriving to GM a game at Paizocon, only to run shrieking from the room when he sees six clowns at the table.

That would count as a backfire.

Then with a quick costume change, all six dress as spiders for the Bulmahn GMed game.

So how does he handle working with Cosmo?

Yes, but fortunately for James- as well as the rest of us- there is a clown shortage:

Cosmo doesn't wear clown makeup or big shoes or drive a tiny car or eat babies. Makes it a LOT easier to work with him than an actual member of clownus terribulus.

The question is more about minotaurs than clowns, but...

Does using a minotaur to interrogate detainees constitute torture?

I would be careful. I hear the verdict is still out on the last item on that list.

I suppose this wouldn't be a good time to give you that clowns playing poker paining I wanted to give you.

Doing what? His left arm is in a perfectly ordinary pose as far as I can tell, and his right arm is somewhere behind him holding the staff.

On the contrary. He was sent to a place where he feels loved and accepted. That's called a happy ending.
