Alright here's the nitty gritty of what I would like to do. I'm a big fan of the Kingmaker campaign as it allows for the most freedom among the various campaigns. There is literally no limit on the kind of country you create and the allies/enemies you make along the way. The Stolen Lands is the frontier that is too wild for the nearby Brevoy to conquer and it is you who have been chosen, along with three other groups, to colonize the area and become part of a greater Brevoy. Glory to the Dragonthrone!
This campaign will have many elements drawn from the various fantasy books and older systems (Eberon for example) mixed in to make this a High Fantasy game. I'm looking for 5-6 characters.
Character Creation:
Roll 4d6 six times, reroll 1's and then subtract lowest number. Do that 3 times to create 3 sets of attributes. Choose which set you like the most. Assign numbers as you see fit.
Books allowed: All Pathfinder, no third party.
Forbidden Classes: Ninja, Samurai.
Races allowed: Core, no problem. Advanced Race Guide by approval only.
Selection process ends 27 September (hopefully).
For those choosing a race found in the Advanced Race Guide if you are choosing an exotic race (tengu for example) I want a very good reason why your character is so very far from home. Pay attention to where races are normally found and showcase your awesome knowledge of lore!
Let the games begin!

So I am unsure if we should roll in this thread, or by PM (I don't even know if the dice roller works via PM) so I will roll here and hope things work from there. I have a Barbarian idea that I would love to try out for this!
4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 6, 6) = 21
4d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 1, 4) = 12
4d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 6, 3) = 16
4d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 1, 1) = 5
4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 5, 1) = 11
4d6 ⇒ (6, 6, 4, 3) = 19
So a 18, 14, 14, 11, a 10, and a 16
4d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 1, 2) = 9
4d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 2, 1) = 5
4d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 1, 1) = 9
4d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 2, 3) = 9
4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 3, 6) = 14
4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 5, 2) = 18
A 12, 12, 12, 8, 14, 16
4d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 2, 2) = 10
4d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 3, 2) = 12
4d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 3, 1) = 7
4d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 4, 3) = 11
4d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 2, 1) = 10
4d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 4, 2) = 15
An 8, 11, 11, 11, 14, 13
Set 1 Rerolls: 6d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 4, 2, 5, 1) = 18
Set 2 Rerolls: 10d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 5, 2, 3, 5, 1, 1, 2, 4) = 29
Set 3 Rerolls: 5d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 3, 4, 6) = 19
Well those rolls aren't amazing, but I would assume that I would take set 1. I assume that after the first reroll, the 1's I was left with I am stuck with? Either way, hopefully I will have my information to you soon.

To answer a few questions:
PhineasGage: Yes I would like that.
Aconyte: There are no restrictions on alignment but beware of personality conflicts between party members.
Heofthehills: I don't mind if you are already playing but if there is any metagaming from prior knowledge I will have to ask you to leave. It's up to you whether or not you can keep that knowledge and this character separate. And Kingmaker as in the sense that you will be exploring untamed wilds and taming them.
KDinIN: When I say rerolls 1's, that means you will never have a 1 to add to attributes. Keep rolling until you don't roll a 1. Make sense?
And before everyone gets to crunch, beware spoilers.
Key Phrase for everyone to ponder: High Fantasy

First rolls:
4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 5, 4) = 14
4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 4, 5) = 19
4d6 ⇒ (2, 1, 1, 4) = 8
4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 2, 4) = 11
4d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 6, 1) = 16
4d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 4, 3) = 14
Re-rolls for 1st, 3rd and 6th
1d6 ⇒ 5
2d6 ⇒ (5, 6) = 11
1d6 ⇒ 3
Yields: 14, 15, 15, 9, 15, 13
Second rolls:
4d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 3, 4) = 13
4d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 2, 1) = 9
4d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 3, 1) = 8
4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 3, 3) = 16
4d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 1, 1) = 13
4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 1, 2) = 10
Re-rolls for 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th
2d6 ⇒ (3, 6) = 9
2d6 ⇒ (2, 5) = 7
2d6 ⇒ (6, 5) = 11
1d6 ⇒ 5
Yields: 13, 14, 13, 16, 16, 12
Third rolls:
4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 5, 2) = 15
4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 5, 2) = 17
4d6 ⇒ (6, 6, 1, 1) = 14
4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 2, 6) = 19
4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 3, 2) = 10
4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 2, 1) = 13
Re-rolls for 3rd, 6th
2d6 ⇒ (4, 5) = 9
1d6 ⇒ 6
Yields: 13, 15, 17, 17, 8, 16
Effectively these are 28, 32 and 42 point buy scores respectively.
Now which concepts should I apply them to?

Tallying my results:
Set #1 Stats
12, 16, 9, 14, 15, 12
Set #2 Stats
16, 14, 16, 15, 16, 7
Set #3 Stats
9, 14, 16, 15, 14, 14
I'm inclined to go with Stat set #2 but I have a question for you, DM Skull, before I decide. My basic character concept is a leader of men, knight and paladin who's the bastard offspring of an heir to the house of Lebeda. Trained as a squire to serve the house, he seeks his own fortune now. My goal, mechanically, is to have him become a Battle Herald with ranks in Paladin (his favored class). He'd be a worshipper of Iomedae or Ragathiel (chivalrous, honourable, etc).
My question is, can I sacrifice some of the Cavalier's abilities (Mount, Order bonuses?) for him to gain the Evangelist's (Cleric Archetype) Sermonic Performance ability (renamed Battle Orders or something)? If no, then I'll pick stat set 3 and make it work. I kind of like the idea of set 2, as I can roleplay the brash, vain and kind of impetuous knight.
One last question, I'm currently running a Kingmaker game (starting module 3 right now) on the tabletop. I'm not worried about metagaming, but I am curious if you will be following the module closely or if you have your own variations in mind.

Ok I rolled way too many d6s but I used them in rolled order to replace 1s.
Set 2 wins with:
5,5,2:12
6,6,3:15
6,6,6:18
6,5,4:15
5,3,3:11
5,4,3:12

tieflingwizard: Very Possible.
Rikash: That's the beauty with Kingmaker, I can do Whatever I want with it and still be Kingmaker. Platinum mine? Maybe. True Dragons? Bring it on! Portal to the abyss? To arms!
Edit on original instructions: If you wish to alter a core class with an ability that mimics that from another class, impress me with your application. The sky is the limit if you've got the drive and the imagination.
And final warning to everyone rolling stats.
READ. THE. INSTRUCTIONS. Please.

Just didn't want to send in an idea for a caster or something when all i had were 12s and below. Would have had to make decisions to be a rogue or fighter at that point.
