Impact + lead blades

Do they stack?

Impact and Lead Blades. This is for PFS play.

Maybe I'm blind, but what's Impact? Can't find it on the SRD.

Impact is a special ability from Ultimate Equipment.

I'd say no, since they both use the same wording. They don't increase the weapon size, they make it one size larger than normal. Since its normal size doesn't change, there is no reason they should stack.

If it's the same as in 3.5 Impact is for Blunt/Bludgeoning weapons as Keen is to Edged and Piercing weapons ... property increases the threat range of the weapon.

Impact isn't on the SRD yet. It's in Ultimate Equipment though:

An impact weapon delivers a potent kinetic jolt when it strikes, dealing damage as if it were one size category larger.

Lead blades:

Lead blades increases the momentum and density of your melee weapons just as they strike a foe. All melee weapons you are carrying when the spell is cast deal damage as if one size category larger than they actually are. For instance, a Medium longsword normally deals 1d8 points of damage, but it would instead deal 2d6 points of damage if benefiting from lead blades (see table below). Only you can benefit from this spell. If anyone else uses one of your weapons to make an attack it deals damage as normal for its size.

Both are based of the original size?

If so, then they overlap, and don't stack.

I agree. Your weapon is considered one size larger. Twice. Which means it's one size larger. It would need to have wording like, "increase the effective size by one" or "increase the damage by one die type" or something like that for them to stack.

I disagree, impact says one size larger, without qualifiers it doesn't say one size larger than it actually is, if they were both worded as lead blades fine, but they aren't both worded the same, impact is more nebulous thus they should stack.

No, they don't.

HERE is the FAQ.

Ah, you are right

They do not, as you can have only one feat/spell/enchant/whatever that increases the damage die for that specific weapon.

One Size modifier on you. Take/Use whichever is better.
One Damage Die modifier on whatever weapon. Take/Use whichever is better.

You could have one with Impact, and another could use the Lead Blades spell so that they are both one die category stronger.
