Lone Wolf sets up and mans the Hero Lab Character Creation Stations outside of the PFS play area every year, and we'll be back again this year. We don't have a table in the vendor room, but we're readily available to provide demos and answer questions throughout the show. In fact, our hours of availability are actually longer than the vendor room in order to give everyone access to the Character Creation Stations prior to the first round of games in the early morning. :)

We'll also be doing multiple Hero Lab seminars at PaizoCon and showing off our new Realm Works product, which will be officially releasing in July this year.

You guys were very helpful!

I'm glad to hear you will be back this year.

About DMs: I've honestly not yet run into a single bad DM at Paizocon. I don't know if it's just because Paizo draws a better class of gamer than other cons, or if I've just been lucky, or what. But, overall, I wouldn't worry about getting stuck in a sub-par game.

About the Dealer's Room: While last year's room was a definite upgrade from the walk-in closet it was in for my first PaizoCon, the dealer's room was still quite small. While there are many non-Pathfinder games run at the con, the dealer's room doesn't reflect that. It's pretty much all Pathfinder and companies that support it. (That said, I still had no problem going over my budget last year :)

About Hero Lab (and DMs): Lone Wolf in past years has been giving away free license of Hero Lab to the DMs at the con. This is an awesome incentive to run a game. (Dunno if they're going to again this year.)

Questions for Rob (or other Lone Wolf folks):
1. Any chance there'll be an iPad version by the time the con starts?
2. Will your Character Creation Station be supporting all your games, or just Pathfinder? I'll probably be running a Shadowrun and a Star Wars game this year, and it'd be cool if my players could drop by and create their own characters if they wanted.

We haven't discussed this detail yet, but I'm pretty sure we'll be doing this again.

That's absolutely the plan!

All games. We've had all games on them every year thus far and will continue to do so. We don't really promote it at PaizoCon, since the focus is obviously on Pathfinder, but anyone interested in the other games we support can definitely use the Character Creation Station to test drive the product and/or prepare characters for play at the Con.

Hope this helps!

My badge, banquet ticket and hotel room are taken care of.

Only thing left is the airline ticket.

Will be my first PaizoCon, looking forward to it!

I'm not new to cons (been to 1 GenCon and 4 DragonCons) but I'm new to Gming. I just launched my first home brew two weeks ago.

OPEN INVITATION: If you're a GM/Vendor/player etc., or simply want to say hi! I want to meet YOU! I will have MONKPLAYER on my name badge (I guess we get one to wear?). I'm a big believer in my desire to be as good as a GM as the game room I designed. This is a VERY lofty goal, but if I can get enough great ideas from you great GMs then maybe in 2-3 years I can accomplish my goal!

I hope you can Nick. It will be my first PaizoCon and I would love to meet you and perhaps buy a round or two..

Definitely looking forward to this year. I'm planning to have more time and run a game (if only We Be Goblins in the bar; and potentially We Be Goblins too).

Last year I just wanted seminars (and went, and they are great!).

Keeping the fingers crossed for you ... I promise not to break out a rainbow of sharpies for a signature again. ;)

I will be running The Disappeared and In Wrath's Shadow this year. Still have one slot open, so I might come up with a non-PFS game to run.

Wait ... does this mean you will be making it this year after all, TOZ?

Yes, I am planning to despite some finacial setbacks.

I may run a session of Richard Pett's adventure 'Sorrow' from the upcoming Midgard Tales for my non-PFS slot.

I am considering running one non-PFS lottery game and a couple PFS games. Also, I want to try and get in on some unscheduled events.

I wish I could be there, I loved writing Sorrow and am mightily pleased with it.

Have fun, if fun and sorrow go together...

Last year I was tossing between my first ever GenCon or PaizoCon. I chose GenCon in hopes of meeting WAR but sadly I missed him as he went to PaizoCon. Tjis year will be my first ever PaizoCon and WAR is attending GenCon. On top of that Richard Pett will unfortunately not be able to attend and perhaps Nick Logue...perhaps someday I will meet these awesome talents and buy them a round.

Is it possible to get a list of the professionals attending PaizoCon this year?

I really wish I could come, I had a fantastic time last year and am so grateful to the lovely Paizo folks for inviting me. Meeting so many lovely people and swapping tales of misery I'd inflicted on them was a great highlight. I still yearn to make it Jester, if I do, I'll buy you one.

Huzzah!

I usually try to run a session or two. Last time it was a sneak preview of Legendary Games' adventure Under Frozen Stars and the other was a naval miniatures battle of pirates vs. Cheliax excerpted and adapted from From Hell's Heart... and a good time was had by all!

Recent changes in my life might make attending impossible this year. I really want to go though, as each year as been an investment in my life. I want to work for the industry, and getting around everyone has been a learning experience.

Hopefully I can pull the cash together.

There should be many Midgard Pathfinder games to play. The kobolds ran about a dozen games last year and plan to do so again.

But don't worry, there will be other games to play!

Dale McCoy from Jon Brazer Enterprises is the other 3PP vendor that TriOmegaZero forgot.

The people at reaper are great. I got to meet at Paizocon 2011 when we were at the same table with Ed Greenwood during the banquet.

TOZ is going? Lisa is running some games? Richard Pett might be there? Damn, yo. Now all I need is my girlfriend from Canada to come with me and this'll be AWESOME.

I'll be running one for the kobolds, and probably one of my own; might run an after-hours game or two while I'm at it.

What will be the big release for this PaizoCon? Last year there was RotRL Anniversary Edition, will there be a special release of a product this year? or is this it?

There actually will be a special release of a product at PaizoCon, though it won't be anywhere *near* as big as the deluxe Runelords book. What is it? Sorry—you'll have to wait!

How many people will be seated at each table of the Banquet?

Well I would hope it wouldn't be as big ... the Runelord's Deluxe book is HUGE. ;)

Previously it has been about 10 total (big tables). New location, so can't be sure.

I suspect we won't be saying a word until PaizoCon.

I want people to go into the PaizoCon store and see something that they had *no idea* existed until that very moment!
