For some reason (chance, fate, the whim of a god, Sara Marie coming into contact with Cosmo) a dimensional rift opens up and spits the iconics into Paizo headquarters. Now, they will obviously need accommodations while the spellcasters work out a way to go back.
1) Which iconic or iconics would you most like to host?
2) Which iconic or iconics would you least like to host?
3) Does the greater Seattle area survive their visit?
1) Merisiel.
2) Alain.
3) Absolutely. They'e not Godzillas.

1) If everyone in the party plays 20 RP races, would allow a kasatha in that game?
2) Will we ever see what's beneath those veils that kasatha wear to hide their lower faces.
3) What class would you play if you had to play kasatha, other than a monk?
1) I generally would not. Depends on the game. If it's set on Golarion, I would not, because I don't personally think kasatha are appropriate PC choices for Golarion.
2) Maybe.
3) Gunslinger.

What deity/entity is currently in control of the time & space?
Just wondering since i made a Oracle with the Time Mystery recently with the haunted curse, so i just wondered what kind of pranks a deity like that would have done ( in addition to the spirits that haunt her )
No deity/entity is in control of time and space. There are plenty of deities who have influences over it (Desna, Yog-Sothoth, and Brigh all come to mind), but none of them have total control over the whole thing.

Is the Monster Codex Hardcover an NPC codex using monsters instead of standard races? if so will they all be evil? because i would love to see a redeemed male gnoll of Sarenrae in here.
The Monster Codex uses some monsters with Zero HD and some with Racial HD. It's goal is to provide GMs with a bunch of statted-up variants of monsters, so you'll have things like (for example) a monster chieftain and a monster high priest and a monster archer and a monster scout and a monster thug and a monster bodyguard and so on; all the variants you'd need to populate a large lair of the monster in question.
It is not the place to present unusual or outlandish or unique NPC personalities, such as a "redeemed male gnoll of Sarenrae." An NPC like that is outlandish and unusual enough that it would need to be the focus of an Adventure Path, in the same way that Arueshalae was not a throwaway character in Wrath of the Righteous.
AKA: Expect Monster Codex to be filled with examples that prove the general stereotype of a monster, not exceptions. That's not the point of the book.

2)And if you had to guess what are the three outsider races that make up the majority of Lymnieris's Divine minions?
1) I don't have to guess, and due to my position in Paizo, my guess would never be interpreted as a guess, so I'm not going to guess. If I had to decide, though, I"d read up about Arshea and make the decision then. My knowledge of Arshea at this point is mostly gleaned from reactions folks have had on the boards, and that is NOT an informative way to make decisions about world content. ;-P.
2) Same.

Do you think it would be better to have a book for expanding the troop subtype into multiple creatures with creation rules be a good idea? Alternatively do you think it would fit better as an entry in a bestiary or just entirely left alone in Rasputin Must Die.
The best place to expand the troop subtype is in a Bestiary. That's where swarms go. That's where troops should eventually go.

1)I ask you about good mortals going to the good outer planes and you said sometimes some good outsiders try to make them the go back to there home plane. so do some good outsiders just don't like mortals?
2)Do good outsiders generally have low opinions of mortals?
1) Since the number of good outsiders out there is a number that approaches but is not infinite, logic dictates that, yes, some of them just don't like mortals.
2) It would depend on the type of good outsider. Being good doesn't make you any more or any less likely to have a low opinion of a mortal though.

Do gods care if there Cleric are using there spells for trivial things like a magic air conditioner. Or wasteful things like using Miracle to make a magic Mansion that never runs out of food or drink and has sexy aasimar servants
Depends on the god, but as a general rule, they don't care. If a cleric uses her magic to enhance her life or the lives of others, even if the enhancement is "trivial" like a magic air conditioner (which, if used in a region where temperatures exceed 100 degrees... would absolutely NOT be trivial... it'd be life-saving), then that helps to make the cleric and thus the cleric's religion more well-liked by those who benefit, and that's what clerics want.
And whether or not a mansion filled with food and water and sexy servants is a waste depends on the deity—Calistria and Desna and Cayden Cailean and Shelyn would certainly NOT consider that a wast of a miracle, for example.

Do you and Rob take into account movies and video games that are coming out with similar themes when planning your APs? Like Wrath of the Righteous coming out while Dragon Age Inquisition is slowing teasing us? All though, with that example, I'm pretty sure you guys beat them to the punch...
Not always, but yes, the zeitgeist of the times informs and inspires us as much as it inspires and informs anyone who works in the fantasy genre, be it video games or novels or comics or movies.

Probably not... but there's plenty of places other than Brevoy that lend themselves well to political intrigue.

Hi! I was thinking about taking a Mockingfey as a familiar for my level 1 witch but I'm sort of confused about how that would work.
Does the creature have any particular prerequisites beyond having the improved familiar feat? The Mockingfey looks like the only familiar without, for example, a level or alignment requirement.
I read that Mockingfey refuse to speak. Does the Mockingfey understand common? If it adamantly refuses to speak, does the spell that allows a witch to speak to her familiar not work then?
I've spent all week on this, lol.
Thank you! ~Fey

It should have an alignment requirement equal to its alignment; that's kinda standard for improved familiars, and it got left off accidentally.
It understands common, but does not speak. It's stubborn that way.

I thought it was actually an improvement on how the scene played out in the books.
Brienne would probably be a paladin (without spells), and the hound would be a fighter... MAYBE a barbarian.
And I'm SO sorry to hear about your wife... :( Terrible news! You both shall be in my thoughts, and I wish there was something I could do to fix it.

Besides, you already DID a Brevoy AP. Kingmaker. Which is all kinds of awesomesausages. It was the AP that REALLY got me into Golarion!
How would you play someone with only one hand? Obviously you could only use one-handed weapons, but I'm not sure what else would happen.

Dear James,
In my Lastwall/Belkzen based PbP, today happens to be Remembrance Moon, the festival to remember those fallen during the Shining Crusade.
Could you provide a few titbits on what kind of customs are followed in Lastwall on this day? A few dashes of flavour to weave into the campaign, so to speak.
Remembrance Moon is particularly pertinent at the current point in the campaign as the PCs happen to be gathered around the campsite of an infirm Knight of Ozem who'll probably pass on before the day is done. Several of the PCs are from Vigil. Later they'll probably arrive in the Freedom Town, which no doubt marks Remembrance Moon slightly differently.
Many thanks!

Meh... Kingmaker is no more a Brevoy AP than Council of Thieves is a NIdal AP. There's a LOT more that we could do in a Brevoy AP that we haven't touched yet.
I would probably play a one-handed character as someone who has an eventual goal to get his/her hand back.

I've done zero thinking about Lastwall as it relates to Remembrance Moon, and therefore providing a few tidbits would be the same as design work—I'd have to read up on Lastwall and Remembrance Moon, which would involve doing term searches for both throughout every single thing we've published and collating them to determine what we have or haven't said about it, and then use that material or lack thereof to come up with new material. It would take an hour or so, I suspect, maybe less, but maybe more. And then if I did this, there'd be implied canon hidden away on this enormous thread that would probably be lost forever.
As a result, I prefer to limit new world design work to print products... sorry!

Just a wonder, why is it so that the Cleric/Oracle spell list doesnt contain the "Cat's Grace" spell?
Is it one of the many subtle ways of keeping a Cleric/Oracle's weakness to Reflex saves/Dexterity a thing? Or just generally to limit their ways of gaining AC? Or both even?
Because clerics are not generally intended to be big Dexterity build characters. In fact... Dexterity is the LEAST important ability score to a cleric. Not giving them cat's grace helps to support that trope, but it also helps to prevent them from entirely aping the wizard/sorcerer access to the spells.

Hi James, I have searched through the FAQ and messageboards before asking this question, but can find no answer, soooo......if a creature with spell resistance walks into an area protected by a forbiddance spell, would the forbiddance spell have to overcome the creature's spell resistance in order to prevent it using dimension door (a spell-like ability) within the area of the forbiddance spell - or does spell resistance only stop the damage element of the forbiddance spell on entering the area protected?
Example, a mercane enters an area protected by a forbiddance spell. I appreciate that the mercane's SR20 would apply to any damage which might result from crossing into the area of the fobiddance spell, but once the mercane was inside the area, would its SR also apply if the mercane decided to use its spell-like abilities to dimension door or plane shift.
Reading the rules, I get the sense that SR prevents spells which target the creature with the SR, but that it would NOT apply to the creature trying to use one of its own spells or spell-like abilities if another spell prevented the use of that spell/spell-like ability. In other words the forbiddance isn't targeting the mercane, its targeting the mercane's spell-like ability
SR has always confused me, I guess what I'm asking is does it (1) just apply to spells that target and directly affect the mind/body of the creature with SR or (2) act as a sort of "antimagic field" where no spells work (unless they overcome the SR) with respect to the creature with SR.

SR does not act as an "antimagic filed." It only ONLY functions against spells that target and directly affect the mind and body of the creature. A creature with SR would get to enjoy those benefits agains the damage caused by the spell, in other words, but would not get to teleport in and out of the area.

I made a race that is a body snatcher... I payed 6 RP for it, (equivalent to Greater Shape change) it is a fortitude based will save, and the creature is basically a 2.5 ft legspan spider that is 1 foot tall and buries itself into your spine.
So my question is: is the concept sound? or should I have payed more RP for it?

That's a question your GM should answer, not me. My preference for that kind of creature, though, is to design it as a monster, NOT as a PC race.

Why does Dimensional Lock specify "spell resistance: yes"? I understand for Dimensional Anchor, which is targeted, but Dimensional Lock is explicitly area-based.

It is a monster... this is a race for an evil/monster campaign... we have weretigers and Vampires, Liches and Unfettered Ediolons.
So its not too outstanding in this campaign.
It is named Ckkxxchtki...
Well... then I would have just built it as a monster and not bother with race points at all.
