Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you are saying here, but I believe the 93% figure is meant to indicate the aim that 93% of all cases will be complete (with the other 7% being only one or two figures short). It wasn't meant to indicate that each case was intended to cover 93% of the set.
Ah, ok. I had the impression that Paizo was saying that people on average will receive 93% of the minis of the set.
However, you are probably correct. But either way, whether it’s for yours or mine’s interpretation, it is a very good percentage.

One of the Kaven Windstrike had a foot pop off the base as I was taking it out of the plastic. All in all it looks really good... The only messy painting I saw is the Storm Giant's browns seem to have been missaligned at both of the minis I got.... The Shining Child and the minor clear effects look at lot better than I expected (also the forgefiend was a bit too dark for the orange to show correctly unless you have light shining directly through it). I didn't notice anything like the Seelah's face mishap from H&M. I did find that a number of the commmons had all copies in the same brick (IE all of the harsks and 2 Yeth hounds were in the first brick, and all of the goblin dogs were in the last one.)
I beleive Steve Geddes has the correct interpretation of the 93% quote - they also said for those who do not get a complete set, they should only be missing one piece, making it easier to trade for what you need.

I'm generally quite happy with my case; I got a full set, some of the minis are awesome, I got good numbers of the ones I want numbers of, etc. I was especially impressed with the Karzoug Statue, which is almost as big as the Rune Giant. (Wow!) I do have to report as well, though, that I too had problems with minis threatening to come off their bases when I removed them from the packaging, and Kaven Winterstrike was the worst offender. I got two Kaven's; the first one came right off his base with practically no force applied, and the 2nd one felt like he would have too if I hadn't been extremely careful. Other mediums joined only at the feet seemed to have the same issue, though to a lesser degree. I wonder, does Paizo have a replacement policy?

I'm part of that 7% that is missing one mini. I got all in the set except for Jaagrath Kreeg. I'm not too concerned though in completing my set and have several duplicates, as I still have two more cases coming in.
None of my minis were broken, although one of my Stone Giants had a serious case of scoliosis.
I haven't gotten my huge cases yet, will report what is in it once I do. From what I understand you are supposed to get one of each huge, with a couple of duplicates. However, I heard from the official product thread someone bought a case and had four Storm Giants and 0 of the Karzoug Statue.

However, I heard from the official product thread someone bought a case and had four Storm Giants and 0 of the Karzoug Statue.
That would be me, but then I realized the impossible happened (and deleted my post, for lack of being useful to judge distribution). My FLGS gave me opened and repackaged case of huge and a case of repackaged bricks). Some pesky goblin (employee) decided it would be a good idea to open all cases, slap price tags on each booster (or brick in case of normal boosters) and repackage them after mixing things up a bit more using multiple cases.
I discussed with them about this and they will give me free exchanges for all my missing minis (I'm mising 6 total after opening 4 bricks and the huges) against any double I want to get rid of, as soon as they have opened some cases to sell singles. All is well!
To be honest, after looking through the (aniversary) adventure, I find the storm giant is probably the most useful mini of the four to get multiples of, based on needs for encounters. So I'm happy this came to be in the end ;)
That makes me think, did anyone gather a list of how many of each mini one would need to cover all encounters using minis from H&M or RotRL sets?

I received a complete set. All-in-all, I'm pretty happy with what I got. I may go pick up a few more commons to bulk them up. When I pulled the standard case out of the ginormous box it was shipped in, I heard some rattling of minis. *GASP* I had 5 boosters that had minis pop out of the plastic. Fortunately, the only damage I had was a stone golem that had popped off its base, which was easily fixed with some super glue. I had a few bent swords here and there throughout the case, but nothing broken.
A few days ago, I stopped by my FLGS to pick something up. I snagged a booster because my order of minis had not arrived yet, and I was getting antsy. That booster contained a Lamia, Shining Child, Redcap, and Kaven Windstrike. These minis ARE NOT included in my totals below.

I had a fair amount of loose mini's in the standard boxes as well. At least 8-10. Fortunately I had no damaged or broken mini's.

Looks like this is the average number of each piece you will find in a case, based on the early case reports.
I am very pleased to not be getting a lot of duplicate rares like we did in H&M. The number of commons and uncommons are still too similar considering, in general, most uncommons are not pieces people will want multiples of while DMs need multiples of the commons. A 3:2:1 distribution ratio would have been better, but this is much improved from H&M's 2.55 : 2.22 : 2 distribution.

I was finally able to open the case of minis that I bought last Wednesday as I was about to drive to Toronto for FanExpo. It was painful knowing that my case of Runelords minis was locked in my car in the convention centre parking lot but I didn't want to take the chance of losing any figures while travelling.

We bought both the huge and the standard cases. A few had escaped their packaging but no one was broken or damaged. Both our skinsaw cultists however are doing the limbo with how far they lean back. Rather odd (and a funny imagery now that I think about it).

Thanks for that. It was good to get concrete numbers from the h&m experiences.
My first case arrived (without the huge booster, so I'll hold off on posting the totals until everything is here).
Received at least one of each mini and no more than three of any individual mini. Each brick had at least one duplicate, but no more than two of any specific sculpt (a slight difference from the H&M experience, no doubt forced by the expanded number of minis).
Many of these look so much better than the previews. Overall I think there were fewer misses than with H&M.
One mild "negative" in my view is that the ogres of this set are a slightly different shade and painting style than the ogre from H&M. Having said that, I much prefer the painting on ogres from this set - it's hard to value homogeneity over quality, hence the scare quotes.
The box was dinged and some minis were rattling around in their boosters but no mini was damaged at all.

I saw someone mention there were 128 minis in the small boxes, so I counted mine. I only had 127. I recounted my minis. I still only have 127 instead of 128 (), but I also noticed I made some mistakes.

My second case was missing Aldern Foxglove and Warchief Ripnugget.
I've also managed to pull Ameiko off her base twice when extracting the figure from the blister pack. Personally I prefer the black 'blobs' - I dont notice them when the mini is in play and I suspect it reduces the chance of them coming free from their bases.
I have to say, if I hadn't bought two cases, I'd be pretty pissed.
I haven't gotten my huge boosters yet, just the medium/large boosters, but of the 60 minis in the set, there's fully FIFTEEN that I have only one of, and that's with a purchase of TWO cases.
Very, very disappointing. It's as if someone opened the sealed WizKids case, swapped out the "good" brick for a "bad" brick, and sealed it back up, since virtually all the minis I have only one of are from the desirable ones at the high end of the numbers.
I do have a complete set, but I have a LOT of figures that I have three of (probably about 15, I'm thinking), which indicates a brick collation error in what I was shipped; instead of two of brick "A" and two of brick "B", I apparently got three of brick "A" and one of brick "B".

2 broken: red dragon & Vale (both popped off their bases, pretty sure I can glue them back).
I'm pleased overall. I could've gone with less named NPCs that spawned into multiples (I probably don't need 3 Ameikos, 3 Kavens, 3 Jakardros, etc.), instead of more goblins or similar.
I did get lots of ogres, stone giants, and ghouls (4 ghouls, yay!).

Goblin Dog and Yeth Hound -- This is a general feedback thing, but I feel like these two could have been better differentiated. If you look at them they're clearly distinct creatures, but if you're rummaging around in a box (or trying to do a quick headcount in less than perfect lighting to make sure you got all your figures) it's easy to mistake one for a slightly 'off' paint job of the other. During my initial sort/count, I thought I'd wound up with 5 Goblin Dogs and 1 Yeth Hound. It's only when my numbers were off due to an unrelated mistake that I recounted everything and realized I'd misidentified a couple of these.
Lamia Kuchrima -- I understand that in shipping and packing a certain amount of bending is going to happen, particularly on thin bits like swords and spears. However, one of my Kuchrimas was bent forward so much that, while not totally misshapen or unsalvageable, has difficulty standing up. You'd barely even notice the difference if you didn't put it next to the other one. With some patience I should be able to get him standing right again but I just wanted to get this down for the people who keep track of these.
Jakardros Sovark -- One of these had a foot pop off the base. The peg is still intact, so I'm going to try and glue it back in place.
Forgefiend -- This one popped right off the base in the package. Might have something to do with the sheer mass of plastic. The base pegs are still intact, and he can sort of stand up but any sort of table wobbling will send him rolling off. Also going to try and glue this one back in place before bothering anyone at customer service.

Bought a standard case from Miniatures Market. Quite a few minis had popped out of the casing, and both of the Forgefiends were broken at the feet. One had simply popped off the posts, but another had broken the left post off with the foot, and the right foot had broken in two. I've popped some glue on it now so hopefully that'll fix it. I suspect the problem is that it's quite a bulky mini, and they're very small feet. The belly hangs down very low, but not quite to the base. It might have been worth going a bit lower and putting a third post in the body.
Also interestingly, minis mart managed to swap the shipping notes between this & my Rune Giant, which means that the $70 customs duties I'm expecting to pay will be on that!
Distribution seems pretty even. A standard case should contain 128 miniatures:
52 commons
32 medium uncommons
12 medium rares
24 large uncommons
8 large rares
No very rares this set. There is a possibility Highlady Athroxis and Runelord Karzoug are slightly rarer than the rest of the rares (1 per case rather than 1.1 per case) but we'll need a lot more reports to verify.
Enlight_Bystand - You have one extra mini. Probably a common.

I've only opened one case, got a complete set, and holy crap these minis are awesome. They are head and shoulders above the previous set, in my opinion.

Here is what I got in my First Standard Case, I still have another in the mail, and 2 Huge Standard cases coming in.
I am seeing very little difference between the commons and Uncommons, but the rares seem to be about right. I got a full set in my first case.
None of the minis came in broken, though it seems the weapons for this set used a softer plastic, many of them are warped.
The Ogres by far are my favorite minis, the Dragon seems a touch too small.

Not by my numbers. Every mini with an average of 1 has 1 per case. No 2s or missings yet. Just like the Huge are numbers are all exactly the same.
Yeah - I was speculating based on a limited set. Some more zeros are going to start showing up soon.
I'm waiting for my huge figures and final case before posting all my numbers but my second case had two missing figures, both of which show as exactly 1 on your list, which made me wonder.
EDIT: Ah I see. That speculation must be wrong (since you already have some cases counted with missing figures). Nevermind.

Ended up with a complete set. Two problems: 1 Orik Vancaskerkin's shield was missing (not broken), and Nualia had the Claw on the right arm and the swordarm was missing (I'll be writing WizKids about this).
Pretty happy about things, but will be trading the Lamia Kuchrima. Don't think I'll need 4 of them.
Did anyone else find the painting very dark? The dragon was in the first booster I opened and my first thought was "Wow, a Burgandy Dragon."
You got four Kuchrima's? Man you're lucky! Yeah you need a whole bunch of them (assuming you're running the AP).
Received my order tonight but instead of getting a case, I found 4 bricks in the box (not pleased). I ended up with 2 extra commons and short 2 rares. So my data is useless.

Second case was missing Aldern Foxglove (45) and Ripnugget on Gecko (59).
No breakages (other than pulling figures off their bases when getting them out of the plastic - I blame the lack of 'blobs', personally. It seems to me that those figures held in via the 'pin method' are much more prone to coming off).
