About 3 hours ago I became unable to access the paizo websites from my home computer. I am able to access from my phone, which I'm on now. I've tried reseting the network, using another pc, my iPad, and my phone on WiFi. I've also tried internet explorer and Google Chrome. So far I still can't access it. All other sites seem to work finen. Any ideas what else to try?

I'm affected too. I was about to embark on a major virus-scan-etc. effort, so I'm glad I tried a different device and saw this thread.
If the fix is going to take much longer, I'd suggest that Paizo send out an email notification of the issue.

In Chicago, I can get on no problem using AT&T, but at home last night over Comcast I was blocked. Was able to partially access the Campaign's tab using https:, but not with http:, and then could not get any further as all the imbedded links are http:. Was able to briefly get on using a proxy server and had no problem on my phone over AT&T - but hate posting on my phone as it is unbearably tedious to type everything and review what I type.

It's odd, neither me or my friends can access the page. The only way I can access it currently is via a canadian proxy server, anyone able to access only on one device or so, consider temporarally using a free proxy server, seems to do the trick.
Thank you for the suggestion, I could barely see the messageboards and definitely couldn't get into it. The connection via proxy is still more sluggish than I'd like, but at least I can finally sign in.
EDIT: I may have spoken too soon. 3 minutes just to try to check an alias is rendering this not much better :(

Connecting from my office PC: I can access just fine with our WiFi network, but not with our wired Ethernet network. Wired and wireless are on different gateways, but both connect via the same commodity Internet provider.
Connecting from my iPhone: can connect fine via AT&T 3G and my corporate WiFi network.

We switched our internet back to the old connection for the time being and everything seems to be back to normal. We are still going to need to switch over to the new, faster, connection at some point but hopefully our ISP will have figured out what the problem was before making that switchover happen.

I just got into the site and most threads don't want to open for me. Perhaps it's been fixed but the site's been wonky for me for almost twenty hours now. I figured I'd better try to post here first. Not even sure this will go through actually.
I'm surprised that did go through actually.

The problem was pretty widespread - I was unable to connect from my local home network in California (via Comcast), or from sites in New York and Virginia pretty much directly connected to the main internet trunks.
I suspect some routing tables didn't get updated correctly.

From New Zealand I could sometimes get to the main page of the message boards, but nowhere else on the Paizo site. I tried two different ISPs for the same result. Interestingly, the boards did manage to mark the threads I opened via the 'X new' links as read even though they didn't actually open for me.

course If anything bad had of happened it would have happened a few minutes ago when I was updating my campaign journal, lucky for me I was able to post that and then see this note about you moving to the new connection. What I would have expected to have happen was to have the update time out, go into chat to discover that you made the update again, and then wait till Monday before I could get back in to complain :P
