Enisald the Butcher |

Enisald stood and watched the woman, wondering how she would handle herself. He made no attempt to hide, that was a cowards way out. In fact, he cast a disgusted look toward Gideon, was that how a true warrior acted where he came from? He did wonder how this man would react to seeing a dinosaur that was supposedly extinct on this world, perhaps he would assume it was a hallucination, their patron did mention that these people frequently poisoned themselves.

DM Irie |

Most definitely good.
Oh dude, i feel that sentiment. You want to get down on this? He hands you the product. It's good stuff, I was just bout to harvest some more in fact. I'll get some for you. He climbs the nearest tree in a flash and you hear him mumbling to himself up there. He drops down next to you with two giant nugs the size of sequoia pinecones. My lady, sorry I didn't recognize you. I trust your pilgrimage was fun times. Here I got this for you.

Dardlara Zordlon |

After having carefully calibrated that the young man is familiar with her, Dardlara allows here body language to reflect a more friendly demeanor. Reaching out with her right hand she begins to reach directly for the two nudges but then decides to give the man a pseudo hippy hug, the kind that are exchanged thousands of times at a phish concert. The pilgrimage was mind expanding. Thank you for asking. I can honestly say I completely fell like a transformed individual.
Now reaching down Dardlara grabs one of the crystalized spears and slightly squeezes the bud placing it to her noise as she takes a deep inhalation. ::SOUR!:: Her face slightly bitters as if bitting into lemon. This cannabis reminds slightly reminds her of the drug she used to smoke in her rave days, but this is distinctly different. Much more potent, much more concentrated. Having always thought of THC as a drug to help kick in the other effects of stronger hallucinogenic drugs, Dardlara is realizing this drug by itself might be overly intoxicating.
Reaching back out she places the bud back into the young mans hand. Would you mind packing it in a pipe or rolling one up for me? And please don't mix any tobacco in there. I know it burns more even but its too harsh on my lungs
then turning, Dardlara realizes Gideon & Enisald probably do not have any history with this individual. But still not being sure she hesitates to present a formal introduction of any manner. Instead she decides to play it on the down low and allow each of them to introduce themselves. In order to break any kind of primary tension she waives her fellow travelers over and says, Finally guys! we got some herb.
Turning back to the young man Dardlara says Its been a few days since we have smoked. We attained new levels of enlightenment and I really could not tell you the time or date other then the fact that the fire burned bright in all of us while we were out there Trying not to go to into too much detail, Darlara wears a tired look on her face as she rubs her eyes and yawns. I will share more of this with everyone once we get back to town.

Akiz Mairan |

Akiz simply stands back, but when Dardlara gets some herbs he moves forward in order to get his hands on some. He needs to understand the product in order to best bind his pathogenic agents to it.
Meanwhile his new horse just stands back, nibbling on blades of grass.
Been busy lately, sorry for the lack of posts

Enisald the Butcher |

Enisald watched the man with a mixture of suspicion and derision playing across his face. He didn't mean to, but this addict was quite obviously inferior, and he couldn't help but display it in his stance.
He watched as the man handled the drugm trying to think of anything he could come up with about it. He wondered to himself what sort of effects it had, how long it lasted, and so on.

DM Irie |

Sorry guys been covering for my sick coworker so free time is not around. Finally day off tomorow so ill be on to bring you into arcata. Also we lost nicloae so that stinks.
Enisald you know all about weed. Go check wiki if you personaly dont know about it.
The drow happily obliges anf smokes many bowls with you on the trip home. Feel free to ask any questions. He does not question you.

Dardlara Zordlon |

don't worry about having to work. i think we all have lives and the pace has been pretty decent & consistent for this adventure
The young drow hands Dardlara the pipe after taking a hit. a bit of smoke slowly dances from the bowl as he hands her the piece. Dardlara is at first really impressed with the strong pleasant scent coming from the smoking device. The weed she was familiar with had more of a smell of a burning bush compared to a sour flower. She places the piece to her mouth as she stares into the young drows eyes in a seductive manner. slowly inhaling and then eloquently blowing the smoke out lightly into the young mans face. Its good to be home
gently placing the pipe back in the mans hand she slightly brushes his arm with her finger nails as she removes her hand. So what have I missed out on while I was gone?

DM Irie |

Not much, my lady. Things have been chugging along at a good pace. We've all just sort of been chilling. The harvest is good as always, life is good as always. You know... He trails off a big smile on his face. He enjoys keeping eye contact with you.
After a long trip through the forest of stinky trees you come to a field. Here you can see a more recognizable brand of herb. The plants are all chest high and in rows. They stretch on for miles in all directions until ending at the edge of forests. Far in the distance, along the edge of the eastern forest, you can see the edges of a town. The smell here is really overwhelming. Skunk does not do it justice.
Now would be the time if you have any preparations for entering town. This is the last week of crazyness here then I'm on a more relaxed schedule.

DM Irie |

As you walk through the fields your guide runs his hands over the tops of the plants as if petting them. the smile on his face is obvious as he shares eye contact with Dardlara. He often looks straight up at the sky and sighs in pleasure. He is silent otherwise.
Upon reaching the edge of town you can hear the low grumble of a crowd of people. You remember that the city is centered on a park with the shops and church surrounding it. Around that in a small grid is the entirety of the residential area. The town is decent sized. a pretty 11 by 11 block area with the park at it's core. There is greenery everywhere and not just Pot. Now that you are within the city the gardens are beautiful, aromatic, and well kept.
Your guide tips his ear towards the center of town, and the noise. Oh man, what a good day to come home hey Medaglia. It sounds like someone got a gathering going in the park. Hey maybe you could tell us all about your journey. Or perhaps give a sermon, were always down for that.

Enisald the Butcher |

Noticing that Gideon was doing a poor job of fitting in, and noticing that he himself was doing an even poorer job, Enisald decided that he would keep them both occupied, and thus dodge questions. He approached Gideon and standing in such a way that the newcomer wouldn't be able to discern what they were saying, and offered in a whisper, "It is my intention to rebuild my army, and I have an idea as to how, but I fear that it would be slow going on my own. If you are willing to ask, then I have to ask, how are you at winning hearts?"

Quietly
"Playing well with other has never been my strong suit. However I excel at attacking large groups. I'd be better at beating them into submission than talking them into it. Battle is like poetry for me. "
Enisald the Butcher |

Enisald smiled, "That is perfect. I have long believed that if you make a man fight for his life, and then welcome him into the fold afterward, he will be a loyal servant from then on, if you do it right, anyway. I wonder if you could help me with acquiring servants."
If this man had little ambition but combat, then Enisald would use him as a tool, so they could both get what they wanted.

Dardlara Zordlon |

Taking in the afternoon festivities a slight smirk shrieks across her face. In her minds eye she can see an army of undead enter the village and slowly mutilate the patchouli smelling crowd. but that will all come in due time. for now she will play the game.....
Walking over to Einsald & Gideon she gave them big hugs that resemble the hugs being generated by this hippy love fest. For Einsald & Gideon it was obvious that they were not comfortable, but they fail to realize that is more of a common place thing in these parts then not. As you look around at the group you see that all of these individuals 'don't fit in'. At one point in their life or another they were picked on by bullies, fired for being 'productive enough', etc..... This was the counter culture in which they will fit in perfectly.
After hugging her two companions she wraps her arm around the young grow in a more flirtatious manner. The kind you see at a John Scofield concert when a young lady needs a bed to sleep in for the night. I would love to speak to the crowd then grabbing his hand she starts to spin in circles around him like a carousel. Stopping only to pick two flowers, putting one behind her ear and the other behind the ear of her new found friend. I have so much to share

Very quietly to Enisald
"I think I may wretch." Giedon says quasi-sarcastically.
Enisald the Butcher |

Enisald smiled, half in appreciation, and half in spite. "I can appreciate your sentiments, but I'll need you to turn the other way if you are going to." Enisald took in the scene, wondering how the woman put on this act of weakness so easily, perhaps it wasn't an act. . .He turned to look at Skalrok, who was watching the festivities with the look of a cat watching a caged canary. It was a curious thing, if Allosaurs were extinct in this place, why had no one commented on Skalrok?
He turned back to Gideon and offered, "How do you suggest we do this? Start immediately, or wait for the bird man to gain some results?"

"Information is key in war. We should gather information before beginning, lest we duplicate efforts or waste time. The army has to come from somewhere. Lets see who may not be one of the happy shiny people."

DM Irie |

The drow walks directly to the park where there is a large crowd gathered in the green. Its a small park about the size of a city block. enshrouding the whole area is a thick cloud of smoke that smells familiar indeed. You can see barely through the haze that surrounding the park is a building that is most obviously the church, it looks like a mix between a theatre and a church however with a large open ampitheatre right out fromt. There are some shops and food places around as well as what apears to be a bar named "The Alibi."
People are all around. They greet you with cheer and many ask of your journey. Nothing specific just the general jist. Many more are curious about your "lizard" as well and a few people know enough to suggest that you must have visited the southern jungles on your journey. All around you people are having a great time chillaxing.
Your guide follows you Dardlara, he does not press you for information he simplt stays by your side and remains cheerfull.

Gideon Samus Shaw |

Gideon say's quietly, but contemplatively.
"I suppose I should try to blend in. I'm not going to do it by talking, so I'll have to try something else. Hummm"
Staff in hand Gideon will do something acrobatic and impressive using his staff as a tool.
With a small running start Gideon Does some tripple back handsprings with a staff flurry. At one point he'll balance on the head of his staff with one hand and spin to land on the ground. Then bow to the crowd.
Acrobatics 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (17) + 11 = 28 (perhaps with some bonuses since i'm not distracted by combat and what not. )
