This is an early heads-up that I will be on vacation from the 24th (Wed) PM (EST) through the 29th (Mon) PM. I'm heading to a music festival; I expect there to be some level of internet access, though I don't know how reliable it will be or how distracted I will be. Posting may be sparse while I'm away. Is there any chance that Natalya qualifies as a slaver per the Liberty's Edge Faction card? ("a slaver is a creature that owns at least five slaves, is maintaining a compulsion spell or effect to control a creature for at least one day, or is explicitly cited as trafficking slaves." I'm thinking that maybe there could have been a compulsion spell in play with her 'husband'?))

None. She didn't use a spell in the entire scenario. Skelg was convinced by you, that passed on a Diplomacy check DC 15.
