I hope you enjoyed this scenario! I sure did! :)
The last battle was quite intense, but you made it!
Success conditions #3–05: Tide of Twilight
Primary: The PCs defeat the Briar Henge druids, end
the artifact’s ritual before sundown on the second day,
and return the Atavistic Splinter to Venture-Captain
Brackett in Almas.
Secondary: The PCs prevented more than 20 squares of
Falbin’s garden and house from catching fire.
I'm sorry to inform you there'll be only 1 PP on your chronicle sheets, because Falbin's house and garden went up in flames. There was no way for you to safe his house and garden after the fire had spread out too much :S
Chronicle sheets will be given out this weekend. You've got everything else that the sheet offers unlocked! ;)

I second that, thanks for running the scenario!

Thanks for running the scenario! It was fun - I wasn't sure we were surviving a couple times...
So, I am fairly new to this, so can you answer a few questions?
First, assuming I have enough to buy a wand or some more scrolls, how do I do that? Does that happen now, or before I start the next session? I think I need to write it on a tracking sheet or something, right?
Regarding the secondary success condition: was there a way for us to know that would be the case? I mean, I suppose it makes sense to try and save the house, but at the time, it never occurred to me that it would be important. Are these generally secret? Or did I just miss the clues?
And also thanks to all for helping me sort out what I could and couldn't do - I kind of like this summoner class, but I am seeing a number of ways to do some things differently. Getting full attacks I still need to work on...

You're welcome, all of you! :)
1) When you get your chronicle sheet, it shows how much gold your character gets for playing this scenario Everything gained in the scenario will disappear.
You write your purchases down on the chronicle sheet, and on a separate tracking sheet. So you'll have to wait till you receive the chronicle sheet before you start purchasing things.
You can do the buying/selling in between scenarios. When a GM asks for these sheets, you show them to prove everything you've bought/sold adds up.
2) Sometimes the instructions at the start of a scenario pretty much reveal the secondary success condition, and sometimes a GM choses to share the secondary success condition. Often you just don't know what it is.
Failing a secondary success condition, means you miss out on 1 PP. So you'll only get 1 PP for this scenario, which is for completing the primary success condition.
PP can be used for many services. The first 2 PP a character earns is often used for the free purchase of any single item worth 750gp or less. (This doesn't stack. So 4 PP doesn't get you a 1500gp item.) Here is is list of neat items you could purchase with those 2 PP. A healing wand is among the most common free PP purchases.
3) I also learned new things about the summoner, which was quite fun! I'm glad it's a class you like to play! :)

I highly recommend getting the wand. I should have with this character, and you can see we nearly didn't survive because of it. My character and mount went into the last combat at half hp, where add we could have easily 'topped off' before starting. If this is your first chronicle, you will have to wait until finishing your next one to get it.
As far as the secondary missions, generally if you have a completionist attitude cunning into the scenario, ie, save everything, explore everything, you will generally always get all of the available rewards. In this case, we didn't have any way of putting the fire out, and everyone was more worried about killing the enemy than putting the fire out. Oh well, live and learn!

I don't have a profession or craft.
Thanks for the extra info! Yes, this was the first scenario, so I better get a few scrolls to hold me through the next one!

Handle animal is a day job if you have the farmstead vanity, which I have...

Oleander Anwamanë |
PFS character: 100387-9
Faction: Silver Crusade
Next Chronicle: #5
Current XP: 4
Fame / current Prestige: 8/7
profession(guide): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 (5gp!)
Hah double digits. In the five chronicles I've had Oleander, I think that is the highest roll I've had for my day job. Frankly she needs a new career. It must be her dislike of humans, she can't help sniping at them while she is guiding.
