Hi,
For an existing party of dwarven explorers inside the dungeons of Thornkeep we are looking for 1 or 2 (maybe more, depending on how many make it over to the next level) more players
This is for PFS credit, so you need to have a legal PFS character in the level 3-5 range.
So let us know if you are interested and if the party likes what you bring to the table you can join. To keep with the theme going so far dwarves are preferred, but I'm sure that if they like you enough they are willing to overlook that part.
Posting rate will be (at least) once a day. Your turn will be skipped/delayed/NPC-ed in if you haven't posted in a one day period to keep the game going.
It's been a fun run so far and we are hoping to keep that going
Archibald the Addlebrained |
Hey folks, I don't have any dwarf characters in this level range but I do have Archibald, who's been looking for a 3-5 game for about a solid month now. I have sufficient credit saved up to level him to 4th, and while he's not a dwarf himself, the stout folk do have a noted tendency to travel with tall, pointy-hatted fellows. Archibald is a crotchety old wizard who's not above dispatching ruffians with a hard clout from his staff (or with his fists) and is looking for a loving new level-appropriate home.
"Eh? Wharf adventurers you say? Ha-harruum! Well, I don't mean to sound my own sarrusophone, as the saying goes, but I happen to have had my fair share of oceanic escapades in my adventuring days, yessir." the old man begins, making a horrible croaking noise as he stops for air and squints at his employer. He jostles around in the pockets of his dust-covered robes, conjuring an Arcanimarium 4652 Rowing Team bronze medal, a Westgate Discount Tobacconist loyalty card and a slightly bent wand of mage armour before his knobby fingers close around a ragged-looking quill.
"...now where do I sign?"
Edit: I knew that name was familiar! I believe you ran Archy through the Prince of Augustana not too long ago.
Shayla Amye |
I would've reacted to this thread several days ago, hadn't my only level 3 character been an elf. I'd love to play this game, but I felt like an elf wouldn't fit in the group?
If you'd have me though, I'd very much love to join you. Shayla absolutely hates humans, but her (few) experiences with dwarves have been positive. So the only one getting glares from her would be Archibald. (No worries there, she'll still help him! There have even been humans she came to like after spending some time with them, though few in number.)
Shayla Amye |
That would be really nice! I played The Forgotten Library once with a pregen, and Shayla received the chronicle sheet. It'll apply to her as soon as she's level 4, directly leveling her to level 5.
It'd be awesome if I could play the other Thornkeep games with her! :)
(I'd be missing only the first one, but that one will have to be played on a level 1-2 character anyway.)
Cogstadt Locksmith |
Been debating switching over to Investigator for future levels, but think I'll stick with Rogue until 4th and then see how I feel.
Annoyingly if I'd had Investigator when I first made the character I'd have improved his INT instead of Dex and gone with Empiricist, but that would need rebuilding a lot of the character to go that way now...
