I think she is templating it off the item Kirito used in the bandit episode. Which let him catch/return the bandits he was hunting after he beat them up.
Worst that happens is she beats him up and uses manacles and drags him through town by the ear to jail.
far as I can see it unless you are directly inflicting harm you can get away with a lot in the safe zones. Grappling + tying up would not technically be considered harm, just impairment.

Meilin is updated, but pretty much the same as previously. I went with a few assumptions I hope you will approve.
1) May I please, please, please have Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat instead of Power Attack or Deadly Aim
2) I assumed the Kukrigama is approved, as a double weapon
3) CLW crystals are 100gp, but I don't know how much CMW crystals are
4) Lightning Strikes double attacks, but do not halve precision damage
If any of these assumptions are unfounded, please let me know and I will change her sheet.

Potions are as follows for level.
Formula = Spell levelx caster level x50 for price.
Creating them costs half the price presented. Dunno if Rorek plans to allow players to craft magic stuff though.
1st(CLW-20hp) 50gp
2nd(CMW 30hp) 300gp
3rd (CSW 40hp) 750gp
(unfortunately healing potions hurt to have handy)
Teleport crystals are 100gp.
There is a potential for other crystals to appear in the came but I'm not sure what else will appear.

As to TP crystals, I will run it like this,
base crystals teleport you too main Towns on the floor.
the more expensive crystals (bought at main towns) will teleport you to any location on the floor they were purchased.
hmm lets say the other crystals are 150g each.
So if you bought the Purple TP crystal on the first floor, you could travel to the main town of any area on the first floor.

One of the previous batch of players chiming in here.
One of the current players (Eira) is a Swashbuckler..Monk... dodgy combat thing.
So I can't imagine Rorek denying you that option.
Plus it means less problems with the whole Severely limited magic thing if some of the ACG martial classes are permitted.

TL:DR is this.
You get 2 level 1 blade magic selections and 1 level 2 or 3 choice. Choose wisely as you will be using that small tool box often.
As in the novels/Anime these are effectively your "Special attacks"
As you can see by my characters weapon of choice ranged weapons are permitted.
I will love you forever if you manage to work Inspire courage or some other force multiplier party buff into your character. EX: Tactics stuff from Cavalier, some of the Cleric channel variants exct.
Also white raven/Devoted spirit ToB skills.
I should also warn you that multiple members of this party got obscenely lucky on the dice roller so the stat arrays on some of us are crazy.

Races are Core+Aasimar, regardless of your race the beginning of the game removes your physical appearance with your appearance in the physical world. EX: Argus looks human but statistic wise he is a Dwarf.
(regretfully I can't find an avatar this fit his human persona so I kept the smoking dwarf for his angry expression and awesome goggles.)
It makes for some weird combos and likely makes life difficult for Rangers who end up needing to guess if the now human he is fighting was some other race before the appearance overwrite.
