Out of combat! 100 XP each!
There are several ways to proceed from this room, a door to the north, the east, return though the secret door behind the statue or a large, winding stone staircase that descends into the floor and the darkness beyond.

Cererithil |

I think discretion may be best - maybe it is worth our while to head back to the ruined cottage outside to rest for an hour or so?

Cererithil |

I am thinking its close to us needing to return to town. Is the 730xp inclusive of the leeches? We are one decent combat away from 3rd level BUT chasing levels is normally where disasters happen

Garnult Tarnhammer |

Chase, chase, chase the level! "to the tune of Brave Sir Robin"
Bah, my dwarven constitution is barely riled up. Rest. Indeed. Garnult grumps, but doesn't object any further to a short rest.

Lysander Tremayne |

"I'm spent from that fight, but I'll be fine. The power of Ragathiel gives me strength and conviction!" The paladin spends a moment concentrating, and then stands with a surge of holy energy, his wounds closing. Using Lay on Hands to heal myself for 10 HP. I agree, we can probably do one more good encounter.

Cererithil |

Let us take the door to the north - I'll lead the way...
The Elf stealthily moves 30 feet ahead of the group and scouts ahead.

GM - Mark Garringer |

Bursting from behind the door, Garnult rushes to engage the skeleton to the south, while Lysander breaks north!
Akmenos steadies himself in the middle, picking his targets carefully, and the wild elves draw their swords and advance on the moving bones!
