My subscription had been showing my sub order for draconic codex was set for yesterday (Nov 24), but I went to check on it and it's currently showing that the subscription date got moved to feb 21st for the book for some reason.
I've made a customer support ticket about this as well.

Product URLs are not "Cool"
So reloading a product page, or visiting a bookmarked product page, or being linked into the store may be a 404 even though the product still exists and has not changed in any way except for the URL slug.

I can confirm that Paizo Connect still seems non-functional. I tried adding a code for HeroLab and it tells me it is an invalid code. I try syncing with partners that still show connected (Fantasy Grounds, Demiplane) and also get the invalid code error.
Also, the value of my subscription order was not added to my Paizo Plus gold.

I contacted the customer service about this but figured I'd mention it here also. When you have a certain discount, such as the 15% off for being subscriber or the current mini mayhem discounts - you add it your cart and you see the discount applied.
Now if a subscription is about to come out (like yesterday) it will offer you the ability to add your cart items to your subscription (a bit like the sidecart used to work and save of shipping costs I presumed) - but the Discounts go away once you do that.
To me that falls in the category of "bugs".

I added a subscription yesterday. Last night everything looked fine. Today all of my subscriptions have been erased. Do I need to contact CS or is this something being resolved?
Just adding, my subs returned and the order for everything went through. I don't know if someone saw my post and fixed it or if the system just cleared me out of limbo yesterday, but either way thank you. I know it must be hectic over there right now.

Sent in a ticket.
My sub order generated, still did not have the 30% discount for the ap but not worried about that this month. They are squishing so many issues and making progess.
However, it shows 0$ for shipping. Expanded that out on the invoice and it shows my order is slated to be picked up by hand at the warehouse.
Don't get me wrong, would love to come take a tour and I don't live too far away. But I don't think that picking up at the warehouse has EVER been a viable option for subscription delivery lol.
Check your orders friends, just in case. I definitely did not select pick up when I set up the subs.

I cannot pay for my subscription. I keep getting an error asking me to fix my payment information. I have tried calling my bank and entering 2 different cards but it keeps showing up despite my bank not being the issue.
Reached out to support but haven't heard back yet.

Hi,
7 days since i bought my pdf using paypal. My paypal account has been used, but never got the PDF.
Second point, i live in France, and the new shipping cost are insane. There are no longer any way to pick a cheaper shipping like on the old store. Anyone found where to pick a different shipping option ?

Hi again,
found how to change the shipping option, by clicking on reorder, then on the shipping information.
But still, the cheapest available shipping is now about 60% ( 28$ for 42* of books ) , while my previous package cost 15$ for 106$ of books ). That's insane.

No idea if this has been reported, but 7-06 and 7-07 (which unless I'm mistaken, were meant to come out last week) are not available to be added to cart. Also, the scenarios coming out January and beyond that are shorter (which I believe are priced at $5 now) are priced at $8
Also, I can't find the Society subscription. Was it discountinued?

I skipped Dark Archives Remaster in the Subscription Manager yesterday, and it went through properly, but today it is back and saying that DA:Remaster will be my next order on 1/24 again. Should I just skip it again, or would that cause an issue?
That looks to be a bug since Dark Archive is the last item in that current subscription so it doesn't have a "next" item to display after you skip it. I'll report that to the vendor.

We've added Orias to your account. Everyone else should have theirs, but if you're still missing it please open up a CS ticket.

Hi,

After the site switch over, I re-added the missing subscriptions. Now, I can see my subscriptions have been charged and waiting for fulfillment at the expected 15% discount, so that's good.
However, now I'm not showing any subscriptions. The subscriptions tab states "You currently have no active subscriptions."
Should I and others having the same issue re-add all my subscriptions a second time? Is this a known issue that is being addressed?

I just downloaded my subscriber pdf of Draconic Codex (Awesome book by the way!) from my Library.
Oddly, there is digital watermark on each page with someone else’s name and email address…
Yikes, this is a MAJOR privacy violation and I'm concerned that you've not had any replies to it. Can anyone confirm this is fixed? I don't want to chance my personal data appearing in someone else's library.

Upon closer inspection of the watermark, it looks like it’s the name and company email address of a Paizo Employee.
None of the other files I’ve downloaded from the new library even have a *visible* watermark, so I’m guessing this is an artifact of the old system, used for internal testing, or just a mistake.
I get the same result on every download, and it’s still an issue. I’m sure they will correct it soon, but they have bigger fish to fry, so I’ll be patient.

Didn't see it in the issue tracker but the Battle for Nova Rush PDF can't be found anywhere on the store. Tried the "Digital" area as well but its not in there.
Battle for Nova Rush is a free download from Free RPG Day. We're working on a page to highlight all of the Free RPG Day adventures but I don't have an ETA For you yet.

I downloaded Draconic Codex on my iMac, first time ever, have always been able to download everything on iPad or iPhone before the new store difficulties.
The download worked but it gave me Lyle Borders Paizo.com email.
I would not have complaints if it showed my own email even though the new downloads are not supposed to show any emails on it at all.
I see others are having the same problem not far above, this is a major disappointment.

Paizo Plus gold calculation is off.
When the site went live, I had 40 gold:
* 25 for joining the party
* 5 for Bluesky
* 5 for Twitch
* 5 for Youtube
After the gold update for past purchases, I am now short the 40 gold. In my case, the math looks like this:
Total spent: 4196.61
Expert = 250*1 = 250
Master = 750*1.25 = 937.5
Legendary = Total Spent - (Expert 250 + Master 750) = 3196.61*1.5 = 4794.915
Total points = 250 + 937.5 + 4794.915 = 5982.415
5982 points is my current gold amount.
6022 points is what my gold amount should be with my initial 40 gold added.

When January's Pathfinder scenarios (the first of the 2-3 hour scenarios), they were 5.99 each, the same as the Starfinder 2e scenarios. This seemed reasonable given the reduced play time and production costs. But now they're listed as 8.99 in the store. Is this an unannounced change in price, or just a mistake (since 8.99 is the price of the 4 hour scenarios)

This should be a bug (and a big one IMO)
the FAQ from July's "Introducing Paizo Plus" stated:
Can I earn gold for past purchases?
No. Only purchases made after Paizo Plus goes live and you’ve opted in to the program count. You can, however, write reviews for purchases over the last 5 years and earn gold on those reviews.
when the store launched, there was an issue with the calculation of some/many/everyone's Tier (I was Master, I should have been in the top tier)
the tiers were recalculated a day or two ago, this seems to be when the gold appeared, it seems when previous purchases were applied to correct the member tier, they started earning gold.
I would love to go claim a bunch of the gold and go wild purchasing PDF's, but that is not right until we get confirmation one way or the other from staff.
I have messaged CS to get clarification on this myself.
aside from my subscriptions I am avoiding using the store until the dust settles

Hi. I previously purchased a significant number of Paizo items through Humble Bundles, which I can access in my website account. However, I have not yet purchased anything directly from the Paizo webstore. I assume because of this, the webstore does nothing when I click "Forget Password". I followed the forums advice and simply created a webstore account, but my webstore library does not contain any of the files I got from Humble Bundles. I assume that anything I but in the webstore will also not show in my website account library. Is there any way for me to link the two accounts so that they share a library?

As we continue to work on the new Library, we'll eventually bring over all the content from your digital content into the new library. For the time being, though, some customers will have two different portals to get access to all of their downloads.
We won't be bringing over free downloads, like players guides, as those will be present in other areas of the site and available with just a click.

Search function is still a bit... weird.
Example:
Type "prey for death" in the search box.
Get the three Prey for Death products, plus a smattering of things that have those words somewhere in their longer description.
Seems reasonable, except for some reason the search feature is responding as if I typoed, asking "Did you mean: piec death"
If I click refine search, it then asks if my "piec death" search was meant to be "piec date", and clicking that offers "piec data".

Both are listed under SF1e Flip-Mats, and should be under SF2e
SF2e Mats on SF1e page.
Also, when sorting by Newest Items, the order seems to be reversed. I tested this on the Mat page and the Starfinder Scenario page.

So I have a similar issue. I have the Draconic Codex added to my library and with the paizo email watermark, but I never purchased the book.

Some items in my downloads library are just a string of numbers rather than a name/description.
Full example:
I have an item named 2205455.
Clicking it will give me no extra details beyond the pdf name, "PZO14004E.pdf"
Downloading it won't download it, but will open the pdf in a new tab.
It's The Scourge of Sheerleaf.
All files that are just a number string for a name:

Separate issue I discovered alongside the above:
Go to Downloads library.
Select multiple files by ticking their checkboxes, then click Action, then Download Selected, then Apply.
Only the file that was ticked last gets downloaded, rather than all selected files (or rather just opened in a new tab if it's a single pdf).

The option to add to cart the Starfinder Murder in Metal City - Foundry Version is not there. (Just button to add to Wishlist) I'm signed in and can add other FVTT products like the SF tokens.
