Of the spells we all just mentioned, they are Uncommon, with the schools they originate from having access to them.
More specifically:
Devouring Void and Indolent Haze are Thassilonian Spells, and thus are either found at Thassilonian ruins or being taught at the Sihedron Academy.
Threefold Limb meanwhile was developed by Faydhaan genies and is not the sole property of the Unbreaking Wave.
In general, all the Non-focus spells in LO:RA are Uncommon. The only exceptions are a few rare spells that, in universe, were developed by individuals who simply haven't had the time to widely disseminate the knowledge.

Coiling Dance is the best. 2nd level, divine/occult, 30' emanation, sustained 1 minute. On cast and sustain it gives a escape reaction to an ally who can use your Occultism or Religion modifier if they want, and it also makes all allies in the emanation count as holy for spells and attacks. Either of these effects would be a good scroll spell, if you're in a fiend heavy campaign with party members who need help getting sanctified this can even be good as a spell known or prepared.

Fair warning, Dirkdragonslayer: It's a rare spell.

This isn't a spell but a gadget, but can we talk about the Maelstromic Destabilizer?
consumable item that grants the user a resistance to spirit damage while imposing a WEAKNESS to spirit damage on any creature within 10 ft (no save). You get an inventor who can pop one of these out each day and give it to an Exemplar... that's pretty nasty.

The Maelstromic Destabilizer sounds so gnarly, and I enjoy that, but the whimsy in me is particularly fond of Prankster's Perpetual Pieplate.
