Global speed boosts

What options are there that increase all your speeds?

Seems like everything simply references "Speed" which means land speed.

I'm not sure about "all" your speeds.

But from a recent character that was focused on flying:
Soaring armor gives bonus to Flying Speed.
Air aura junction gives land and fly speed bonus.

As far as I understand it, anything that boosts your speed boosts any speed that keys off your speed whether its been boosted by items or feats or not unless it specifically says otherwise.

Yeah anything that boost speed boosts anything based on your land speed. There are them bonuses to individual types of speed as well, but nothing that's blanket across everything.

If it matters, I'm looking for easy ways to boost Take Flight and Strong of Wing on an awakened animal.

Grand Lodge

Winged Warrior Dedication boosts Fly speed.

Things that reference all your speeds:

Swashbuckler Panache , including the archetype feat Swashbuckler's Speed.
The Familiars Fast Movement
Bard's Triple Time cantrip
Nantambu Chime-Ringer has Fleet Tempo

Potion of Emergency Escape
Propulsive Boots some but not all speed.
Moon Frenzy

My awakened animal doesn't have wings... (╥_╥)

What kind of animal is it? A cryptid? A flying squirrel who's gliding abilities are exaggerated to full flight?

It's a frog. I was planning on using Take Flight and Strong of Wing to simulate leaping long distances and high heights with ease.

That's... a great idea, actually.

A Battletoad!?

Decidedly not.

He's a frog, not a toad. Though I suppose he could be considered a battle frog, since he is a monk with a pretty straightforward martial build.

Not sure if you're still looking, but I just stumbled on to the Warp Step cantrip, which explicitly adds +5' to all your speeds.

If you do the Psychic Multiclass, you can take the Unbound Step Concious Mind, get Warp Step as your psi cantrip, and it increases your speed by +10' instead, and you can amp it to cast it as a single action.

Pretty cool, though it doesn't sound like something that can be combined with Take Flight.

Hmmm, yeah it seems like there’s not too many things that don’t explicitly increase land speed rather than all speeds. For the concept at least you could consider taking all the jump feats and seeing if your dm would allow you to leap +take flight without falling to simulate a particularly powerful frog leap. A monk with just quick jump will quickly start horizontal leaping farther than 15/25 feet, and you could use take flight as a one action “increase my jump distance by 25” or to make high jumps easier. Though not by much - since flying up is difficult terrain, take flight is only giving you a 5 foot vertical and strong of wing is 10.

Sovereign Court

Yeah swashbuckler looks like it gets by far the most generous bonus to Speeds. Kinda wild really. I'm suddenly looking at some feats.

Most of the groups I play with are pretty house-rule adverse. Though it's true that monk abilities will get more range in the long run, some of the flying animal advantages over monk feats and abilities is that it takes less investment, uses ancestry feats (freeing up more class feat and skill feat options), doesn't require a check (a potential failure point), and is unlikely to be interpreted different ways at different tables.
