My deepest apologies, but recruitment is actually closed; I gathered my players from a different campaign that we're all part of. If there's some way of closing out recruitment properly, I must have missed it.
That said, my current batch of players are all quite busy and the possibility that one of them might have to leave the campaign at some point is definitely there. As such, and if you don't mind, I'll keep you in mind if that occurs.
To that end, the answers to your questions are as follows:
Google Drawings, to allow tokens to be used.
My campaign is specifically built to cater to busy players, so it's basically nothing for expectations. Check in and, if it's either your turn in the fight or you want to participate in whatever interaction is occurring, post accordingly. But absolutely expect gaps lasting a couple of weeks at times, because nobody has the time or energy to post. (Because of this intentionally relaxed pacing, I'm very much expecting this campaign to last quite some time before the conclusion is reached.)
Yes, I'm using the variant 4d6 ability generation rule, with the added house rule that all results of 1 are rerolled (this includes any reroll result of 1 as well).
Characters are given an additional background, for a total of two, with one generic and the other drawn from the AV Player's Guide. One background, of the player's choice, is the primary and grants the full benefit. The other is the secondary and grants only the skill and feat.
Free archetype is in use, with the specific restriction noted here under the "Playing With Free Archetypes" subsection.
All first-party sources are allowed.
